Chapter 2: Who's There?

So, someone was there the whole time?! "Ehh?! W..who's there?" My hand started shaking as if I just seen something eerie. An azure head peeked from the corner, laziness shone in his eyes. 

"Oh, it's just (F/N)" was all he said and went back to dozing off. That Aomine Daiki, I swear. "What are you doing here Daiki?" I had a hint of annoyance in my tone regarding that he just almost scared the sh*t out of me. You walked over to where the lazy head was and squat down to examine him. "Sleeping. What else?" he asked and stole a glance at me. "At this time of day?" I was irked by his rude and lazy response by now. He smirked. "I always do." Unbelievable. *Ring* Another message? I looked at my phone to see a message from Momoi.

From: Momoi

Class is going to start soon (F/N)-chan! Are you doing okay on the roof?

"Oh Momoi" you chuckled. Aomine sat up and peeked over your shoulder to see your message. "Oh? You know Satsuki?" he asked with a perplexed face. I turn to look at him and scoffed. "Surprised someone as nice as her is friends with you". His smile turned to a frown."What the hell is that suppose to mean?" *RINGGGGGGGG* Saved by the bell. I stood up and fired back "Whatever way you want to interpret it as". I turned around and started racing down the stairs for class. Hmmm? Satsuki-chan knows that blue haired douche? 

"HEY (F/N)!" Speaking of her... She grabbed me in a very big hug and walked with you to class. "Satsuki, do you know someone named Aomine?" I questioned curiously, trying to get that off me shoulders. "Oh Dai-chan? Yeah! Of course I know him. We were friends since very little, and still to this day!" ".....really? He seems like a person who would be hated by all the girls, driving them away with his pervertedness", I said in disgust. "HAHAHA! You are so funny (F/N)! It is true he is a bit of a wacko when it comes to girls, but he can be very caring. Just a heads up" Momoi hummed as we walked to class.

Glad the school day is over now. I sighed and started walking towards the gym for basketball practice to go help Momoi. "What a pain..." I grunted and opened the gym door. "Hurry the hell up" spoke a deep and husky voice from behind. Momoi then starts racing towards you and looks up. "Wow! Aomine actually shows up to practice for once! What did you do to get him (F/N)?" Aomine rubbed the back of his head and pushed us to get inside the gym. "She did nothing. Why is she even here Satsuki-chan?" Satsuki gave him a giggle and started to get back on coaching the students. "Wellllll, she's here to assist me as a manager." She gave me a wink which followed by a smile. "But she can have the day off for today since she's new here". Aomine looked perplexed, "WAIT WHAT? She's going to be here with us for the rest of the year as manager?! Does she even know basketball?!" I gave him a glare and could have sworn a vein was popping out of my head. "Excuse you. I will have you know that I have been playing basketball for my life thank you very much" I declared, obviously annoyed. "Yeah yeah. Of course.." He yawned. "Let's get this practice over with." Satsuki sighed. She gave me a grin and stated "Go do something fun on the first day! We hope to see you tomorrow!" She gave me a wave and got back to coaching. You glanced back at her... and Aomine one more time. See ya later. 

I headed out of school and glanced at the cherry blossom trees just outside. Hmmmm... maybe I'll go visit Kagami for a bit. He's probably at his school right now. I believe that it's.. Seirin high? I remember mom talking on the phone to his mom about our schools. Maybe I'll go check it out. I started to race towards their school, hopefully being able to see my best friend I haven't seen since forever.

I finally reached their school and was about to head in when you heard basketball players in the gym. He's probably in there. I peek your head into the gym and saw many students practicing for the upcoming game. My eyes searched around and landed on a particular red head. He really is here! "Bakagamiiii" I cried out, hopefully catching his attention. Of course, it did. "(F/N)?! Didn't expect to see you here!" he went over to me with a huge smile on his face and ruffled you hair. "What brings you here?" "I'm not allowed to visit my old friend?" I smirked and gave him a playful punch. "Well, of course you are! Let me introduce you to my teammates." He led you over to the group that was taking their break, drinking water and cooling down. "Hey everyone! Meet my friend that just moved to Japan from America, (F/N)!" I gave them all a shy wave and a small smile. "It's nice to meet you all!" "Ohhh, so this is the famous (F/N) that he keeps talking about" came a voice from behind. I saw a brunette walking towards us. She's really cute!  "Ah Riko! Meet (F/N). (F/N), this is Riko, my coach." "It's nice to meet you Riko-chan!" I beamed. "You too (F/N). I can't believe how you were able to handle Kagami throughout these years" she sighed and shook her head. You couldn't stop laughing. "Hahahahah!" "Oi OI! What's that supposed to mean Coach?! I'm the one that had to take care of her!" Taiga spoke out. She rolled her eyes and gave me a grin. "Sure sure. Of course you did." 

Everyone then started to introduce themselves to you, one by one, when someone suddenly tapped me on my shoulders. "EEK!" I jumped and hid behind Kagami. "Hahaha (F/N)! Don't worry. Its's just Kuroko." "Why does everyone keep thinking I'm invisible?" Kuroko said in a monotone voice. "Hehehe... Gomenasai Kuroko-kun." (A/N: Gomenasai means sorry in Japanese if you didn't know by now) "It's fine (F/N). Oh, btw Kagami, Kise is going to be visiting us today and helping us practice." "Really? I was not informed of that.." He reckoned. "At least I get to challenge him again." "Speaking of the devil, look whose here." All heads turned to the door to see fangirls squealing out to the man and girls pushing magazines towards him to get an autograph signed. I leaned towards Kagami and whispered "Who is he?" I saw a sweat drop from each member and I knew something was up. "His name is Kise Ryota and he works as a model part-time, which is the reason for all those girls tch." "Yeah, that's what happens to all models" I replied back. This is going to be troublesome....
