Someone else...? (Maui x Abused!Reader)

Prologue

              "We need to talk... You need to choose someone else... Please! Choose someone else!" Moana screeched at the ocean that she believed would let her have a second chance, the ocean complied and took the heart of taffeta from the six-teen year old. Leaving the teen to sob on her old canoe, without anyone, she saw here grandmother who changed Moana's mind, but after her pleads the ocean sent the heart to another.. from the same island as Moana... To her sister Y/N.

                                                                   -Y/N's POV-

              I sat by the ocean onto of a rock, looking for my dearest sister she hasn't returned home and our parents have been harming me to get all of their stress away. I winced as a gentle breeze hit my newly made cuts that scattered across my body, 'They did a lot today...' I knew that they didn't mean to hurt me, but just knowing that I'm a stress doll to them and everybody on this island -except Moana!- makes me feel much worse..

             Upon the horizon I saw an outline of a canoe and my sister, my E/C eyes widened in excitement and surprise as I franticly hollered, "Moana! Moana!! Moana!!!" Happily I jumped off of my rock to greet my twin, I didn't care if a shark came after the scent of fresh blood, I ran into the water as did she. "Y/N!" She yelled happily, running through water to hug me. "I missed you so much.." She said as she tenderly embraced me, her arms softly brushing against my cuts. "Ow!" I jumped back holding my cut arm, Moana's eyes widened in fear and anger. "Y/N.. Who did this to you?" I shook in slight fear, "M-mom.." Moana sighed and picked me up bridal style to her canoe, I tilted my head slightly as to what was going on. My sisters caramel brown eyes stared into mine as she kissed my forehead gently pushing me and the canoe into the sea. The last words I heard from her were whispered into my ear, "I love you, Y/N.. Never forget that"

Don't you just hate it when the character that is so sweet turns into a huge bitch in fan fictions? Well I do so that's part of the reason for this story the other two are to raise awareness about abuse and to basically have fun with these characters so I hope you guys like the story 😊.
