The freshmen were pouring into the 9 ¾ train platform for their boarding, all being praised by parents and guardians showing how proud they are of them and how much their little sprout will love Hogwarts. The students dashed into the train as soon as its arrival was made, eager to escape the grasp of their guardians. All of the warm bodies and heavy breathing made it difficult while squeezing into the train, attempting to get into the compartment as assigned on their ticket.

Minghao, Mingyu, Wonwoo, and Vernon were all placed into the same compartment. They sat 2 by 2 per seat; Minghao and Mingyu to the left and Vernon and Wonwoo to the right. Wonwoo sat reading the manual that the train instructors had handed out, one per guest. Occasionally, Wonwoo would look up to make sure the train had started up and to see where it was that they were; granted he wouldn't have known in the first place.

Vernon gave off a sigh turning into a long "So-" receiving the looks from both Minghao and Mingyu.

"What house are you guys thinking of getting into?" Vernon asked out of courtesy.

"Well, I'm positive that I'll be getting into Ravenclaw," Mingyu said. "All my family members have been Ravenclaws since the 60s, not even to mention-" Mingyu tried adding but was cut off by a sneering reply from Wonwoo.

"He asked for the house, not your autobiography. Don't get so ahead of yourself. You'll end up kicking yourself in the ass."

Vernon pitched in "Awe guys, common, it isn't even our first official day yet. We shouldn't waste our time making enemies. Lighten up a bit, will you?"

"No kidding," Mingyu added under his breath, looking past Minghao, and out the window.

The next 5 minutes or so felt like a life time for the boys. Nothing was heard but the other students in separate compartments laughing and the sound of the wind hitting the sides of the train.

"Uhm." Minghao blurted awkwardly. "I think I'll be getting into Gryffindor."

"Nice man," Vernon said with a much more eased approach than before.

Vernon then turned to Wonwoo. "So, how about you?"

"Why on earth would I know yet?" Wonwoo relied sourly upon.

"Well I was just asking-" Vernon said a bit stunned, knowing he was just trying to spark the conversation a bit and keep things fair.

"Okay, let's not start more fires. It's already hot enough in here." Mingyu interrupted.

"ANYWAYS" Vernon began. "I'm Vernon. I'm really hoping to get into Gryffindor." He said turning to Minghao. "See you there?"

"Count on it." Minghao relied upon with a smile.

Both Minghao and Vernon outreached a hand and met them with a shake.

"And you?" Vernon asked Mingyu.

"Mingyu, Kim Mingyu."

"Nice to meet you, Mingyu," Vernon replied.

Silence once again ran throughout the compartment until the sound of the train's unpleasant break sound interrupted.

A warm-hearted feminine voice filled up each compartment from the speakers in the walk way.

"Hello, all students! We would like to welcome you to the wizarding school of Hogwarts. We ask you to please stay seated until instructed to leave. We will call each compartment one-by-one. Please leave any luggage or pets in their holding areas; they will be at your houses dorm once you arrive."

The boy's compartment was called around the 5th announcement. Vernon quickly swung his jet black robe around his shoulders and rushed out, nearly tripping over himself.
