I look at myself in the mirror. Selfless? No. Couldn't be. More like selfish. My mom and dad think I'm beautiful. I don't see it. I'm wearing a pink plain pink tank top and a pair of Grey sweatpants I should have washed yesterday. My room is the darkest in smallest room in the house. Or at least that's how it feels for me. I don't have much in here but my bed, a desk, a dresser, and a table sitting next to my rocking chair. My pet hamster, Riley, sits on my dresser. My walls are dark blue and have gold writing all over it. I have no siblings. People say I'm lucky but I'm actually lonely. We are new to the neighborhood. We moved in 2 months ago. I walk across the room and jump onto my bed. Tired. Open up my computer screen and go to my Google account. I click on email. I have an email from a site called peoplefinder.com they didn't find anything on my real parents. Oh I guess I forgot to mention. My real parents abandon me when I was only six years old.
