The Angel In Disguise *ON HIATUS*

Chapter 1

Kathryn's POV

As I cut off another vampires head, I got a call from Bella. I couldn't let her find out about my 'job'. All she knew about the supernatural was her stupid boyfriend and his family, which are freakin disco balls. Like seriously what vampire sparkles in the sun, that is so gay! Omg I'm becoming Dean! Agh! Anyways, I ignored the call and pulled the vampires into the back of my jeep.
I drove to the middle of no where and took out a shovel from my duffel and started to dig.
It's been about three hours and I have dug a six feet hole that could fit five vampires. Perfect! Now all I have to do is put the bodies in the hole. Easy as cake. I threw the shovel out of the hole and climbed out. As I threw the bodies in the hole I got another phone call. I dropped the last body into the hole and looked at my phone. Bella. Of course, she's so stubborn. I ignored her again and buried the bodies.
I finally finished the job and jumped in my jeep and drove to the motel I'm staying at.
I took a shower the minute I got into my room. I hated it when blood got in my hair, it take forever to get it out. After my shower I threw on a tank top and underwear and jumped into bed.

4 Hours Later

I woke up to my ringtone 'In The End' by Linkin Park. Agh! Bella. I swear she is the most stubborn person in the entire world. I grabbed my phone and answered.
" What?! " I groaned from the exhaustion.
" Kathryn why haven't you answered my calls and texts. I am worried sick about you! Where are you! " Bella asked me (more like shouted but still).
" Bella! Would you shut up and leave me alone, I'm trying to sleep! " I yelled into the phone.
" Is that what you've been doing? Sleeping? " she asked me again.
" Bella, I've got a job, a dangerous one. I can't talk to you when I'm in the middle of work. You're going to get me killed. " I scolded my little sister. Bella was the youngest but she was also very curious, enough to get her killed. Both of us.
" I'm sorry, I'm just worried about you. But can you come up. I want you to meet my boyfriend and his family. "
" Yeah, yeah. Whatever. I swear you and Renee are so much alike. I'll be up in a couple hours." I told her and hung up. I knew I wouldn't be able to fall back asleep so I decided to get up and actually do what I told her I would do.
I walked into the small bathroom and took a shower. I then quickly changed into jeans, a dark purple t- shirt, my usual hunting boots and a black hoodie.
I packed up my belongings and paid my bill. I jumped in my jeep and started the drive to Forks, Washington.

6 Hours Later

As I parked in front of my dad's house I noticed three other cars. They looked expensive. A black Mercedes, a white jeep, and a silver Volvo. Forks doesn't have expensive cars. I kept my guard up and entered the house only to be greeted with a freakin hug, a strong, cold one. I tried with all my strength to not fight back and succeeded with only getting tense.
As the vampire let go, she explained that she heard so much about me. I looked down at her, she was small, pixie cut dark brown hair and she had fashion designers clothes.
" Bella, can I talk to you outside. " I said nicely to Bella.
Bella slowly walked outside as I opened the door and closed it behind us.
" What were you thinking! I could've killed them. You know I'm trained to kill. " I yelled at Bella
" But you didn't. " Bella said worried.
" No I didn't. But it took all of my strength, and I almost gave in. " I told her. " Do you know how hard it is to not give in to what you were meant to do. " Bella shook her head.

" But I wanted to surprise you. Do you know how hard it took to get Rosalie here. She doesn't like me for some reason. " Bella explained.

" If she doesn't like you then she's trying to protect you. "

" How do you know. "

" Because your my sister and I'm trying to protect you from my job. " Bella looked down, afraid that she could've lost me.

" I'm sorry. You wanna try this again? " Bella asked with hope in her eyes.

" No. " Bella gave me a Really - After - All - That - Really look. " I'm kidding, sorry. But no more surprises or I swear I will kill you myself. " I threatened.

" Okay, fine. But you better tell Alice that. " She said. I nodded.

We both walked through the front door. Bella then introduced us.

" Kathryn. This is Carlisle Cullen and his wife Esme. There children Emmett, Rosalie, Alice, Jasper, and Edward. " Bella introduced. " And who is your friend. " I was confused at that. I didn't bring any friends. I turned around to see who else was here. When I saw who it was, my eyes widened. Gabriel. How did he know where I was.

" Gabriel?! Why the hell are you here?! " I yelled at Gabriel.

" Well, I came here because you were having a family reunion. " Gabriel said with a smirk.

" Cas engraved sigils in me, you shouldn't know where I am! " I shouted at him.

" Your sister. " Gabriel said looking at Bella.

" Woah, you keep your eyes off her. And you stay away from her too! " I told him. By now everyone was watching carefully and confused on what was going on.

" Kathryn, what's going on? And who is he? " Bella asked. I looked down, afraid that she had to know the truth, the danger she would be in. I looked up at Gabriel about to tell them who he was when I saw the look in his eyes. He then walked over to the Cullens and to Bella. He touched each of there foreheads with his pointer and middle fingers. I was going to ask what he was doing when I saw them falling to the ground and putting Bella on the couch. He then answered my unspoken question.

" I erased their memories of the argument we had and replaced them with better ones. " He answered. I was speechless, he never did anything like this before. " Now I have to go. Goodbye Kathryn. " He said sweetly and left, leaving only a feather of one of his wings. I picked up the feather and sat on the couch next to Bella holding the feather in my hands. I then slowly fell asleep.
