My Weird Bff

So once i sat down in my Seat i saw this girl named Nia she looked Different from all the other students, She had this long Thing in her nose, I was Really afraid to ask since she was so different, She even was Bald. So Once all my shyness dissapeared I went to her and asked "Hi Nia! I'm Aliya Why are you so different from the others?" She said "Hi Al-iya I can-no-t speak Prop-e-rly" I asked "Why? Do you have a Syndrome?" She said "I h-ave C-anc-er", So now i knew why she was so different its because she Had cancer. Then after an hour and a half In school it was finally Recess, My food was a Simple Plain Donut and Nia's food was just Bread Crumbs, So i asked "Why arent you eating Solid food?" She said "I am N-ot All-owed to Eat So-lid f-ood", the More i wandered Why she's so different. TO BE CONTINUED =)
