"dad , care to remind me why i have to go to this stupid place again ? " i spat .
" ally , you're just going as a volunteer at this place . you're gonna console someone close to your age anyway , " he said , calmly . as soon as we pull up , i instantly get knots in my stomach and feel uneasy , but i ignore it . we get out of the car and as we inch closer , my heart beats faster and faster , it's as if it's gonna fall out of my chest .
" ally , the guards are going to take you to your first patient , " he says with a smile .
" cool , " i roll my eyes , starting to realize that im not going to get out of this .
" this way , " the guard says , gesturing me down the hallway . it was a very unusual hallway , but i guess this wasn't a luxurious house . i soon find myself in a one way mirror interrogating room .
" pick who you want , " the guard says . there was only two , which wasn't really much of a pick .
jared skim and ethan dolan . ethan dolan . rings a bell , but oh well . " ethan , " i say " ethan dolan . "
" he's far too danger- ." i cut him off.
" shouldn't have put him in the stack of two people , " i said back .
" but miss he- "
