Protector (sequel to lost)

Cemetery

I held onto Ena's hand as I walked her to the cemetery. I lead her through the gravestones until we came across Sabatori senseis grave and we kneeled in front of it. I placed a red spider lily on his grave.

"Who is this?" Ena asked.

"The third hokage he was my sensei." I answered.

"Iruka sensei said the third hokage was a great man who died protecting the village." Ena said.

"That is true. He love this village and died for it. He was a great man." I said smiling sadly.

After sitting there for awhile I walked holding Ena's hand to Shenshi's grave. We both kneeled down and Ena put the red spider lily down.

"Who's this?" Ena asked.

"She was my teammate Shenshi's. She was very strait forward, protective and quick to anger. She was one of my first friends." I said.

I looked at the grave sadly then I felt Ena grab my hand and I looked at her to see her smiling up at me.

"Don't be sad I'm sure they're watching over us and are very proud of you." Ena said smiling.

"You're a good kid." I said hugger her. "Would you like some dango?" I asked and Ena nodded excitedly.

I took her to get dango and when we were eating I looked out the widow still extremely worried about Shikamaru who was on the mission to get two members of the akatsuki. Ena and I finished and Ena was smiling brightly while a had a somewhat forced smile. That's when two young boys that were Ena's age came running up to Ena.

"Wanna come play?" They asked her and she looked at me.

"Go ahead just make sure you home before it gets dark." I said and she nodded.

The three of them ran off and I soon left the restaurant we were at and traveled to the place Shikamaru and I watch clouds. I laid down and watched them float by. If only life could be as simple and carefree as a cloud. Before I knew it I was sleeping. I felt someone pick me up but for some reason I couldn't wake up. I felt someone tie me up. I finally opened my eyes to see a female with a glare on her face.

I knew straight away she was someone who that was in TI being interrogated. She snarled at. She walked up to me and grabbed my face and spat it in. She walked back and pulled out a whip with a devious smirk. To say I wasn't in the mood for this was an understatement I was pissed that she thought that she could easily capture me and keep me captured and I was worried about the team that went after the akatsuki so I wasn't going to wast my time with this woman.

I closed my eyes for a second and opened them and the woman gasped. I looked her dead in the eyes and she began to shiver and I watched her lips turn blue. She soon was on the ground shivering like crazy. I forced my chakra into the rope turning it to ice and shattering it. I closed my eyes for a minute and once I opened hen again they were back to normal.

I grabbed the woman by her collar and hoisted her up and leaned her against my back as I headed to TI. When I enter I threw her onto the ground of the now freaking out TI that was probably this way because this woman escaped. When they turned to me there eyes went wide and they grabbed the woman. I left TI and waited and the front of the gates hoping Shikamaru would come back soon.
