An Exo FanFic: When the stars align

The beginning

The group had moved from America all the way to Bucheon, South Korea to start their music career. One day while on a shopping trip their leader, Cecilia, had found a flyer for auditions to be signed on with SM entertainment.

The group had decided that this was their chance and packed their equipment, mostly their special microphones and their instruments into the trunk of their silver rental car. With being packed up the group piled into the car and made the trip to Seoul. The drive wasn't as long as they thought it would've been, they thought it would be at least an hour but it only took them about 30 minutes. Cecilia, the driver, kept asking "are we there yet?" as they drove. In the passenger seat sat Lily who oversaw the map who had to keep reassuring Cecilia that they were almost there and reminding her that she is the driver. The other two, Guadalupe and Ember, had fallen asleep in the back.

The group finally arrived at the destination of the audition. As Lily exited the car to get the bag out of the trunk she looked back into the car and looked over to Cecilia. "You get to wake up the sleeping beauties, Cece." She said with a laugh and shut the door behind her. Cece got out of the car and woke up the two in the back with ease. Once they woke up she looked at her phone, Martina Stawski had messaged her "Good luck!". With a smile, Cece announced to the group "Martina said good luck!" Cece replied with a simple "thank you. 😊." They walked into the backstage area of the auditorium, the group got out their microphones.

The group barely had time to get out their nervous chitter chatter, their name was called "Electrika!" The group looked at each other and quickly made their way to the stage. The group had originally started on YouTube in Ceces parent's apartment basement. Once they had made enough money from that the group traveled to Korea in hopes that they'll get signed. Their judges were Amber and Boa, once finished with their song the girls were dismissed.

After the pressure of the audition was off their backs they went to a restaurant that wasn't that far away for some lunch as they waited to film with Simon and Martina. Once the girls finished lunch they meant up with Simon and Martina.

"Hey girls!"

They greeted the girls as they approached them. Cece smiled and waved.

"Hey Simon, Martina!"
She greeted in return, Lily was busy looking at something, Pita, Guadalupe, stood silently next to Cece and Ember had wondered off to do some shopping on her own. Martina pulled out a selfie stick and attached her phone to it before starting to film. They filmed of CeCe doing a "fashion" show, trying on different clothes and then Martina, Cece and Lily went to get their hair done. Cece got some pink in her hair, two streaks of it. After that, they said goodbye and exchanged hugs.

The group stopped at a ramen shop before heading back to the car. Lily had to shove all the bags into the trunk and some had to go into the back between Pita and Ember.

"Next time let's not do a shopping trip." Pita complained shifting around trying to get comfortable with all the bags.

"Oh, stop your whining."

"But it's uncomfortable."

"But did you die?"

The car went silent after Cece had asked pita that.Lily Cleared her throat opening up the map.

"Straight home?"

"No Lily, let's go to Paris," Cece responded with sarcasm earning a glare from Lily.

"Right, so you know your way right?" Lily said and folded up the map setting it neatly onto her lap and looked to Cece with a grin earning a glare from her.

"Do I need to call Martina?" She asked as if it was a threat. But the only reply she got was a shrug.

"If you want, but I have a map too. Just not to Paris."

"OK. Lily, you know exactly where we were heading, your question was dumb and deserved a sarcastic answer."

"Martina or map?"

Was all Lily asked and picked the map back up waiting for Cece's answer. Cece debated and picked up her phone hooking up to the phone holder that hung off of the vents above the radio. She plugged the aux cord in and dialed Martina.

"Hey, whats up?"

Martina answered Cece started the car and Lily shoved the map back into the glove compartment.

"Can you direct me out of the city?"

Cece asked sweetly.

"Sure thing."

Martina answered and with that, the group made their way out of the city. Once they made it back onto the highway, the call with Martina was cut off when a Seoul number appeared on Cece's phone.

"I have another call, I'll call you back?"

"Sure thing," and with that, her and Martinas phone call ended. Cece looked over to Lily, "I'm driving can you answer?"

"yep." With a nod, Lily unhooked the aux and quickly answered the phone. A few "uhuh", nods, and "yeses," later the call ended and Lily looked to Cece with a big dorky smile.

"It's from them!" She announced and put the phone back in the holder and reconnected the aux.

"Well? Don't keep us waiting, stupid."

"That was unnecessary. "

"Your face is unnecessary. "

The two went back and forth and Lily crossed her arms.

"Fine, I won't tell you what they said!" She stated and stuck her tongue out at Cece.

"...Lily, what did they say?"

"OK, ok fine don't hurt me." She cleared her throat as if she was getting ready to announce some big news. "We have a callback! They liked us!" She announced, earning a happy squeal from Cece.

"Good thing I bought us new outfits then."

Lily fell silent and looked at her dead serious, "I am not wearing a dress," She stated and Cece just shrugged. "Who said anything about a dress?"

"I saw you looking at dresses."

"So? Doesn't mean it was for you!"

Cece came back which made Lily silently nod, "Welp you got me there." She agreed.
