The week had been quite normal dispite the dissapearance of a a student and longed for the weekend. When it came the first thing he did after finishing his cornflakes and getting showered was jump in his car with his dog and go on a walk. Mackenzie drove through the country lanes and down a hill. He could see the entrance to the forest trail, and so could the Chocolate Labrador who sat barking in the passenger seat. Henry has been Mackenzies companion for almost 9 years and has been better than any girlfriend he has ever had.
"Yeah were here now," he said to the lab. He pulled up in pathetic excuse of a carpark and clipped Henry's lead onto the loop on his red, spikey collor. "Come on," Mackenzie said as the dog jumped over the seat. He locked the car and the pair walked through the entrance that should have had a gate on it but had been ripped off. Once they had gotten a good distance away from the entrance, Mackenzie let Henry off his lead and the dog ran off. As soon as he was out of sight, Mackenzie heard splashing. A good sign. He kept walking for around ten minutes before the splashing stopped and Henry ran up the embankment.
"What is it?" he asked, not expecting an answer. The lab ran for a couple of seconds the stopped, looked at mackenzie, looked were he was going and looked back. Mackenzie sighed and reluctantly followed Henry down the muddy embankment. His feet sunk into the wet soil as a small bunker clad in concrete and donning a corigated iron roof blurred into sight. As he grew closer a voice could be vaigley be heard. Intruiged, mackenzie sped up and the voice became more clear. Help.
