The Master And Host Of Death: Book One

Chapter One

The morning of July 31st, 1991 was too quiet in the Black House. The children of the household were only in their joined rooms because the two adults were great pranksters and whenever you woke up too early on a birthday, you were a victim. The four children were making a plan for their day in Diagon Alley.

Three of the four were only eleven, two of them just turning so that morning, and had never been to buy anything other than potion kits for their pranks, books on things that their parent, adoptive or otherwise, approved of, robes and clothes, and their pets and treats for the pets.

The oldest's name is Jackson Sirius Black. He looks exactly like his father when he was his age, much like Harry and Hayden do with James, and the only difference is the scars that adorn his body from transformations and his black, windblown hair. He is about 5'8" and is very tall and skinny, but not deathly so, for a boy of only eleven. He has a bit of muscle from the quidditch he plays with the other children of the household and their friends. His eyes are blue-grey. You can see him wearing a muggle band shirt with black, leather jeans, black combat boots, a black leather jacket, and black, fingerless gloves every day of the week. Jackson enjoys pranking as much as everyone in the house, but always takes it a step further and you can always catch him making his own things from muggle prank devices. The only thing he takes after from his mother, who really is his other father, is how much he likes to read. You can see him reading muggle books in his spare time.

The older Potter twin, Hayden Levi Potter, has wavy, red hair and his right eye is green while his left eye is hazel Hayden looks like their father except for the hair and stands at 5'1". The younger twin, Harry James Potter, has messy, black hair and his left eye bright green and his right eye light brown. Harry looks exactly like their father except for the eyes and is 5'5". Harry and Hayden are very good at magic. Yes, it is against the law for underage use of a wand in the wizarding world, but Harry and Hayden can do wandless and wordless magic, so they don't really care. Their wardrobes were exactly the same. They wore leather, much like Jackson. Both of the children are intelligent and love reading. Pranking is very fun for the two, and both can use spells to make it easier without anybody else knowing. And it frustrated them all to no end.

The youngest's name is Maia Remi Black. She looks more like her mother. She has light brown, shoulder-length hair that is wavy, like her father's hair. She is on the shorter side and stands at only 5'4". She is also skinny and has some muscle, but not as much as her older brother. Her eyes are hazel and change colors with the lighting. Her wardrobe consists of anything leather with a touch of her favorite muggle 'fandoms', which are anything that comes on the telly set in the sitting room. She also wears anything from dresses to pants. She doesn't do as much pranking as everyone else in on the household, but she does enjoy them as much. She also reads but only when she has to. She is often described as the only sweet one in the group.

All four of the children would be considered siblings, would it not be for their appearances. They all acted the same and they all took traits after the two adults in the household. They were all well behaved for other adults. But mo, they were quite the opposite, in fact, they break the rules and no-one would be able to find out it was them. They were all very smart in that way. In fact, all of the children that did wear leather, took a liking to a muggle store and brand called 'Hot Topic', they wore anything that looked interesting to them from the store, and 'Converse', and they were the only types of shoes they would wear.

Anyway, back to the children. The four Marauder Recruits, as that was what they called themselves, were planning on becoming their animagus forms before school. They all needed their nicknames, and they could only have them if they found out their animal forms.

They knew that there was a book, called 'The Animal Inside', downstairs that had information on how to reach the goal of becoming your animagus and what the animal meant. They had read the book front to cover and memorized every word. They had a journal hidden in the floor they had everything they needed to complete the transformation.
