If you look at the sub and TV screen it says Italian mafia, next head could be Japanese, and it shows Nono. That lead me to conclude its talking about KHR and Tsuna inheriting it. I wasn't sure it was Nono at first so i used this pic off of the internet and my suspicions were confirmed.

That is Nono on TV so its referencing Vongola and KHR. I didn't know if most KHR fans knew this so i thought it would be best to tell all of you. Sorry if i'm kind of confusing.
