"Hey E you all packed up and ready to go?" Grayson asked softly as I was so fragile I might break.

I looked up and there he was standing by the door frame. My eyes wander around my room as I take it all in.

I'm leaving today for who knows how long?

"Yeah Gray I'm ready." I spoke monotone. He comes in and grabbed my suitecase. I Stand up from my bed and follow behind him.

We walk into the living room where we find my Sister Cameron, my dad & my mom. Looking at my mother broke me, her eyes were red and puffy because of me. I put her and the rest of my family in pain because of my selfish actions.

"He's ready." I hear Grayson say beside me.

My mom clears her throat before speaking. "Okay Ethan say goodbye to Cameron and your father."

"No mom I coming with you guys." Cameron says.

"Alright that's fine Cam, say goodbye to your father then."

I walk to my dad and give him a big hug. "Bye dad. I'll see you soon."

"Bye son, just know that I will always love you no matter what."

"I love you too." I release from the embrace and face the rest of my family. "Okay I'm ready."

(Car ride to the Rehab facility)

I look out the window during this 40 minute car ride with my headphone plugged in. It was very quiet in the car, you can cut the tension with a knife. And this was all because of me.

I look over at Grayson and he is too looking out the window. I glance down to his cast that I caused him to get. I slowly reach over to touch it. Gray slightly jumps then realizes its me.

"I'm sorry." I say barely above a whisper, that I don't think he heard me.

"Its okay Ethan." He said, as he cups his other hand over mine.

I shake my head. "No its not. I'm supposed to be the big brother. And I let you down. I physically hurt you!" I said tears welling up in my eyes.

He took off his seatbelt and scooted closer to me. "Listen to me E, none of this is your fault. I'm always here for you bud."

I lean into his neck and began to cry as Grayson tried to comfort me. Next thing I knew I fell asleep.

(At the Rehab facility)

I felt someone shake me awake.

"Ethan wake up were here."

I open my eyes and it looks like a fancy hotel resort, its the total opposite from what I've seen in movies and TV shows.

I'm for sure going to dread these next few weeks.

We get out of the car and Grayson grabs my suite case from the trunk of the car. Then the four of us begin to walk inside the RF to the front desk.

"Hello ma'am welcome Hillside Rehabilitation Facility what can I help you with today?" The lady said very perky like in my opinion.

They began to talk as I look around my surroundings. This is my new temporary home. I saw two large double doors and an never ending hallway. Next there is a waiting room with 3 flat screens and lots of chairs and tables. Then I see two silver elevators, that I am assuming take you to the rooms.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and I snap my head to the side. "Hey Ethan you good bro? We called your name three times already." Grayson said.

"Uh yeah sorry what is it?" I said tying to be more attentive.

"Are you ready to go upstairs to your new room Ethan?" The lady said.

I just nodded my head. We all followed the lady to the elevator and went in. She then pressed the button 3. It was silent the whole way.
The doors opened to the 3rd level and we all walk out.

"Okay Ethan, your room number is 314. You do have a roommate, I'm not allowed to give out their information its up to them, but his name is Matthew around your age." The unnamed lady said. "And here we are, welcome to your room."

I take a look into the room. There a Bunk bed, a single bed (which looks already used), two drawers, and Spinny chair and window. Its an okay size.

"Okay well I'll have you get settled in and say your goodbyes, someone will be out the door to get your family."

"Thank you very much Margret, you've been lovely help. Say thank you Ethan." My mom said.

"Thank you."

"No problem, bye guys."

It was silent when she left. I guess no one didn't know what to say. Next thing I know I'm in a bone crushing hug. I look down and its my Mother, I wrap my arms around her and give her one back.

Next thing I hear sniffling coming from my mom and tears falling on my shirt. "Hey mom. Its going to be okay. I'm going to be okay. I promise." I tell her rubbing her back.

She pulls away and her eyes, once again, are red. "I know you are. Just know we love you. And we are doing this for you own wellbeing. I love you Ethan, I never want to see my baby like this again." She told me as she wipe my eyes, which I didn't know I was tearing up. She gives me a kiss on the cheek the backs away.

Then my sister is next and gives me a hug. "I love you little bro. Good luck okay?" She said.

Now is the hardest goodbye.

Grayson. My own twin brother. You can tell he was trying not to cry. He came over to me and gave me a big hug.

"E-Ethan." He said, his voice cracking. He started to sob into my neck, out of everyone he's kept it in the longest.

"Hey hey Gray. Don't worry about me. I'm going to be okay." I said crying myself.

"Its j-just that I'm your twin brother. I should've know you were feeling that way. I feel like a horrible brother. I'm sorry."

I pull him away from our hug and grab him by the face. "None of this was your fault, understand that. If anything I'm a horrible brother, I should've told you but I didn't. I should be the one that is sorry! I'm really sorry Gray." I said wiping his tears away.

"I love you Ethan."

I smile at him. "I love you too Grayson. Now what I need you to do is post a video every Tuesday. Make it a collab or a vlog I don't care. We can't let our fans down. Promise me that."

He nodded. "Okay I promise."

"Alright I guess it time for us to leave. Bye Ethan we love you, well visit during visiting hours." My mother said.

I sighed and nodded. "Okay. Bye guys."

And then they left.

A/N: Okay I think im going to leave it there. Anyways what did you think so far? This is my first time I think I'm writing Dolan Twins fan fiction!
Also this is loosely based off of there video 'its time to be honest'. Sorry for any spelling mistakes.
