Every week day I go to the red land high school track. Sometimes at 5:20, but mostly at 6:00 pm. It ends at 8:00, sometimes at 9:00. When we get there we have to run laps around the track or the middle school cross country mile. I do the track which means I have to run two or three laps around the track to be precise. And for the work out we would do hill, fork lift( I think that what its called), and repeat mile. And some time after the work out, we would do hurtles or core exercises. Before that, we had to run laps around the track as a cool off. Then, we would do core exercises or hurtles. And when I get home I am in a lot of pain from the work out. You get use to it. You also get use to running and doing everything by yourself, because you have never done a sport before and you can't keep up with the faster kids. You end up alone during practice.
