This contract is to be followed by both parties and is purely sexual. No part of this contract shall be romantic unless agreed to by both parties. This contract binds two people, a Submissive and a Dominant, in a relationship consisting of specific rules and regulations. These set rules are to be followed until this contract is void which shall be accepted and agreed to by both parties.

The Submissive:

The submissive is the party that chooses to be controlled. The submissive shall follow all rules set by the dominant and shall be given punishments as the dominant so pleases. Punishments are to be agreed to by both parties unless choose otherwise. Rewards shall also be set for when the submissive has been specifically excellent on their ability to follow the rules.

The Dominant:

The dominant is the party that chooses to be the one in charge or the 'Master' (or any other name that they choose). The master is to care for the submissive and only choose what is best for the submissive. The Dominant is to give punishments and rewards as they see fit and are not to give any if the reasoning is not justified. The Dominant will have a set of rules to follow set by the Submissive and agreed to by the dominant.

Submissive Rules:

A. The Submissive shall not draw any attention to their body in any sexual or revealing way. The Submissives body shall be reserved for the Dominant and the Dominant only.

B. The Submissive shall not call the dominant by their chosen name when is it seen unfit. I.e, in public, in front of friends or family, etc.

C. The Submissive shall follow all rules set by the Dom and shall not disobey them or a punishment shall be issued.

D. If The Dominant is going too rough or if The Submissive simply wants to stop, the safe word shall be red. If the Dominant is going too soft and the Submissive wants a bit more, the word shall be green. If the Submissive simply want to slow down, the word shall be yellow.

E. If the Dominant has any more rules that they shall see approved by the Submissive they shall add them immediately.

Dominant Rules:

A. The Dominant shall not hurt the Submissive in any way, shape, or form. The Dominant is only to hurt the Submissive when it is sexual or a punishment. I.e, spanking, etc.

B. The dominant is to immediately stop, slow down, or go harder when the specific safe word is said. It is a violation of the contract if not done so.

C. The Dominant shall not give his body to anyone in a sexual way. The Dominant is for the Submissive and the Submissive only.

D. The Dominant is only to be the Dominant in the bed room, unless seen to by both agreeing parties.

E. If the Dominant or The Submissive have any other rules to add do so immediately.

Punishments:

The punishments shall be set when the Dominant and the Submissive have both agreed to the contract.
