Ah, clickbait. We all know it and love it. I can almost hear you screaming, 'Love clickbait? Are you mad!?!?' And no, I'm not. It's called sarcasm. Here's the thing, right. If I click on something because of the title, I want to see what the title suggests, because if I didn't, I WOULDN'T HAVE CLICKED ON THE BOOK/ARTICLE/VIDEO/ETC.!!! Ok, I'll calm down.
Here's the situation, right. I see a video on YouTube, saying 'boyfriend does my make over' by IIsuperwomanII, and I click on it, for two reasons. 1) to see someone give her a make over, even though she doesn't need it, and 2) OMG, WHO IS IISUPERWOMANII'S BOYFRIEND!?!? I click on it and what do I see. A friend of iisuperwomanii's, who happens to be a boy. You gotta love that clickbait. That's 6 minutes of my life I won't get back. Its annoying, and it wastes my precious time.
If you have to use clickbait to get someone to read/watch your video/book/article/etc., maybe you don't deserve the views/reads. (I know that's exactly what I did, but I was making a point so... yh.)
In conclusion, don't use clickbait, it pisses people off, unless you are trying to make a point.
I wanna see your comments, including hate because that means you give a shit about me and my opinion, and thats nice to know.
