My usual morning routine consists of waking up, realising that it's a school day and I'm sleeping in, rushing around to get everything done, picking up my best friend Tani then off to school. This morning was no different.

"Mum! Where are my shoes? Did you put them out to dry last night or am I wearing my grey ones again?" I yell. My mum usually has the same routine as me because she has her tafe course Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but she gets to stay home Thursday and Friday.

"Chloe can you do my hair again? Please!" My little sister Mya pleads.

"Me too!" My other sister Phoebe asks.

"If I get enough time. We are running late so it would be easier if you just let mum do it."

"Fine." They chorus walking out of my room gloomily.

I love my sisters and all but sometimes they can get a little annoying. Mya usually does something that she knows annoys me then Phoebe being her little lapdog joins in laughing and wasting time with her.

"You will just have to wear your grey ones! I can't find your other pair!" Mum calls out from her room.

"Ok!" I call back.

I grab my foundation, mascara and lip gloss and quickly apply them then brush through my thick hair and braid it to the side. My school uniform lies on my bed ironed and folded neatly ready to put on. I quickly do the buttons up and roll my sleeves so I can put my skirt on and tuck my shirt in. My skirt comes up 6-7 inches above my knee and I wear it tucked in at my belly button with my white cotton shirt. I quickly put my anklets on and slide my shoes on.

"Mum! I'm ready!" I yell out even though she isn't that fair from me.

"Ok. Ok. No need to yell I am right here, now lets go get Tani before she thinks we have left her again."

"I call shotgun!" Screams Phoebe.

"But you got to sit in the front last time,"whines Mya,"it's not fair."

"I called shotgun so I get it." Informs Phoebe poking her tongue out at Mya winding her up purposely.

"Shush and just get in the car you pair." My mum is really nice but if you get her cranky then boy, you better be running for the hills. She is like The Incredible Hulk when she is pissed.

I quickly run down to the gate and open it up so mum can drive through it. I usually make my sisters do this but today mum was cranky so I would rather not.

When mum got through the gate I shut it and quickly ran back to back to car and hopped in.

The car trip was silent which is unusual. Usually my sisters are poking and arguing with each other but I think because mum is pissed they shut up and behaved.

We got to Tani's house and picked her up, did the usual and went to school.

We saw Ella, Bridget, Grace, Mackenzie and Olivia standing at the front gate. They were nice but sometimes a little too nice. They were the good girls of the school so basically Tani and I didn't fit in there. So we said hi and walked down to the others. By others I mean Charlotte, Rachel, Avril, Annika, Maddy, Sam and Augie. Tani hung out with them a lot but I don't really. The people I hang out with haven't arrived yet.

Wait, here is Ethan and Isaac. Guys, I know but I prefer to hang out with them. Guys don't take things to heart like most girls do.

"Hey Ethan! Hey Isaac!" I call out to them.

They turned around and waved back. "Hey Chloe!"

"How was your weekend?" I ask.

"It was good how was yours?" Asks Ethan with a wink.
