Chapter 19

Hyejin's P.O.V

"Yah, do you know today is prom?" Ji Yeon asked me.

"NO WAY! I didn't know! Who is going to be my promdate?! I don't have anything to wear! How am I supposed to do my hair and makeup!" I panicked.

"Chill, girl. You, Jin and I will go to the mall today before prom" she said. Obviously, she is taking Oppa as her promdate.

"Jungkook! Can you please be my promdate?!" someone yelled when BTS passed by.

"Hey, can you be my promdate? The other hyungs and Jungkook already got their" Taehyung said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Uh, s-sure! Meet you at the mall?" I answered awkwardly.

"Ok! See you soon!" he said and left.

"Just date already! I know you like him" Ji Yeon smirked.

"Can you shut your mouth already?" I said as I rolled my eyes.

"My Hyejin is already grown up, congratulations!" Ji Yeon said as she pinched my cheeks.

We went back into class since Mrs.Oh is on her way. It's the last period of the day so I'm excited.

"Can we go now? We don't have a lot of time" Ji Yeon said.

"Yes, my heighness" Oppa said as we took a bus to the mall. Ji Yeon and Oppa sat behind Taehyung and I.

We arrived at the mall, looks like everyone from Bangtan High School is here to find some clothes.

"Ok let's split up!" Taehyung said as he grabbed me to a clothing store.

We went into H&M which is my favourite clothing store.

"Yah, try this on" Taehyung said as he showed a pastel blue dress at me.

I took the dress and went into the fitting room. I stepped out of the fitting room at showed it to Taehyung.

"Wow, my princess is beautiful" he said.

"What did you said?" I asked.

"Uh, m-my bestfriend looks great! Yeah.." he said.

"Ok then, I'll buy this. Now it's my turn to pick it for you" I said as I went into the fitting room to change back.

I dragged Taehyung to the men's department when I already changed my clothes.

"Take this" I said as I handed him a light blue shirt and black pants

He went into the fitting room to change into it.

"Daebak!" I said as I gave him a thumbs up.

"Now, let's go!" he said and changed backed into his uniform. We went to the cashier to pay.

"Take one of those accesories, I'll pay for them" he said as he pointed at it.

"It's okay, Taehyung. I got plenty at my house" I answered and smiled.

Oppa : Meet us at Starbucks, my treat!

"Taehyung-ah, let's go to Starbucks. Oppa is waiting for us there" I said and left him behind.

"I just ordered you guys a java chip, now let's go home. Prom starts at 6 p.m. It's almost 3 p.m. Annyeong!" Oppa said and dragged us outside.

Since Mr.Lee is back to work, he is going to send us home. He sent Ji Yeon first then Taehyung.

"Thanks for the ride, ahjussi" I said and bowed at him.

"Go and get ready cause' girls get ready like almost a day right?" Oppa teased as I hit his arm.

"Now you better get ready" I answered and went into my room.

I took my shower and changed into the pastel blue dress. I wore my quartz necklace along with a pair of earrings.

I put a little bit of makeup cause' I'm not really into makeup.

"Eomma! Help me with my hair!" I shouted.

"Nae" Eomma answered and helped me to curl my hair.

"Thanks!" I said as I kissed Eomma's cheeks. Eomma used to be a hairstylist but she resigned.

I looked at my watch, it was 5:30 p.m. I took my purse and went downstairs.

"Wow, my little sister is no longer little anymore!" Oppa said as he ruffled my hair.

"Ok ok stop, you're going to ruin my hair" I complained and fixed my hair.

Oppa took my hand and dragged me outside since prom is going to start. It is held in the school's ballroom so yeah.

I wore my black heels and stepped inside the car. I put my earphones on listen to 'Don't Wanna Cry' by Seventeen. (A/N : JOSHUA IS MEH BIAS HAHAHA)

"Thanks for the ride, Mr.Lee!" Oppa said and stepped out of the car. Almost everyone was there, including Seora.

"Hyejin-ah, I'm so sorry for everything I've done to you" Seora said and looked down.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever" I replied and went inside the ballroom.

"Yah, you look damn good!" Jimin said.

"Gumawo, Chimchim" I smiled.

"Looks like this 'soon to be' couple is matching again" Namjoon teased.

"Yah, hyung!" Taehyung smacked him.

"Just date already!" Hoseok said.

"Shut up, hyung" Taehyung rolled his eyes.

Looks like the 14 of us is sitting together. Taehyung sat next to me, meanwhile Ji Yeon sat next to Taehyung.

"I missed this feeling" Taehyung said and holded my hand.

My heart fluterred, my cheeks are red. What is happening to me?

"Why are you doing this Taehyung?" I asked him.

"Cause' I choose you, Hyejin" he said.

"As usual, we have the prom king and queen!" Mrs.Oh said.

"The prom king and queen goes to, Kim Taehyung & Kim Hyejin! Congratulations!" Mrs.Song said.

"Yah, why do you guys keep on winning?" Oppa asked.

"It's faith" Taehyung said and dragged me up to the stage.

"The Taejin couple!" Namjoon shouted.

Taehyung bite his lips to prevent him from laughing.

We walked down back to our table, holding hands.

"Thanks for being here for me, Hyejin" he said.

I realized that my feelings for him grew more.
