Chapter 1: Go away, stupid.

"Jera!! Jera come here!!" Your mom calls out to you. You rub your eyes and stumble out of bed. "What is it mom?" You say before yawning, there's no reply. Your eyes widen at what you see next, a pile of papers laid out on the floor. "I want you to move schools." Your mom says, her smile doesnt look so cheerful. "Why mom?" You ask, taking a seat next to her on the ground."

"Maxwell Elite Academy. Go there, it will be good for your future." Your mom says, a tear rolls down her face, "Okay but why're you crying mom?" You ask touching her lightly on the shoulder. "Because...you'll have to move to Los Angeles alone. It's a boarding school." Your mom says placing her hand over yours.

(Fast forward 3 years to the present)

"Ms.Ryder! Pleasant to see you here as usual." The librarian Mrs.Harris greets you, she's smiling almost ear to ear. "The same goes for you Mrs.Harris. I'll take these two books." You say handing her two novels. "Ahh, you have a thing for Blood and...Euphoria?" Mrs.Harris says, a bit puzzled by the word Euphoria.

"Euphoria is the feeling of great happiness and excitement." You say, you smile shyly at her. Crap I sound so lame. Damnit Jera! "O-oh i see..well ill check off these books for and you can go on your way." Mrs.Harris says smiling, obviously weirded out. Fucking lame ass Jera. Good job! Not even the librarian likes you!

Later...
Its 4:00 pm, the time when the popular kids come to the school café. The first one to catch your eye is Loraine Kate Reyes. Latina, curvy so she brings all the boys to the yard. She's the drama queen of the school. Next is Jake Miles Foster. He's a jock, also a fuckboy. Basically fucked all the girls in grade 11 & 12.

Next is Katrina Daine Grey. She's the most sane, and nice of them all. She gets high marks and is rich. Every guys dream girl. Next is Urion Bright West. Mixed chinese and european. That jawline can cut anything. He's most-liked for his acting skills, he's always the male lead in school plays. Lastly is Urion's bestfriend Blitz. Blitz Kaeden Maxwell. The schools savage yet pretty boy. He's very handsome, but he roasts everybody. He's the son of the founder of the school, so no one can ever get him into trouble.

The possy walks in a cliché line, all smiles to the rest of the student body. Ugh, I turn back to the book I'm reading and shut them out. Loraine laughs her most flirtacious and annoying laugh. I turn to see her leaning against some guy, her boobs basically spilling out onto his left arm. I roll my eyes, gosh she's annoying, such a hoe.

Of course I keep these thoughts to myself, if i said it outloud-oohhh i'm dead. "Loraine, leave the poor guy alone-you fucked him last week already you hoe." Blitz says, he scratches his neck. His voice is...interesting. It sounds like a voice that would sound pleasant singing. Why am I thinking about that?? I turn back to my book.

"Hey who's this cutie?" Jake says from not too far away, I feel an arm touch my head. I turn around, I look up to see none other than Jake. "Not too bad of a face babygirl, whats your name?" Jake asks, obviously only wanting to have sex. "Hey Jakey knock it off, she looks like a turtle. You dont wanna fuck that." Blitz says staring straight at me, his face is emotionless.

Say something Jera! Say something! Dont be shy again!! "U-umm..I uh.." I mumble, gosh Jera you stupid!! "See she cant even talk properly so illiterate. Cmon Jakey i'll introduce you to some hotter bitches." Blitz says still emotionless but no longer looking at me.

"Sorry cutie. We'll fuck next time aight? Not too bad looking for an illiterate person." Jake says pulling away from me, him and Blitz turn to leave. Jera say something! "Um..*clears throat* I am not a turtle." I manage to say. "Did you just talk back to me?" Blitz says turning to me. I nod slowly and swallow hard, what have you done Jera. *internal facepalm*

Blitz POV

"You've got some nerve talking back to me like that, turtle-face." I spat, who this bitch think she is talking back to me? Her eyes drift from me to Jake, she doesnt say a word. I leave Jake and get closer to her. "Who do you think you are, talking back to me? Are you asking for a death wish?" I say, my face only a couple inches away.

Her face turns red so quickly, "Haha, red turtle." I say about to smile but I keep it cool. She's kinda cute actually..WTF BLITZ SHE FUGLY. NO. "I...I'm not a turtle." She manages to say, she blinks fast and puts a bit of hair covering her face behind her ear.

"Hm really? Whats your name then turtle? Full name." I say grabbing her chin, forcing her to look up into my eyes. "Je-Jera. Jera Alice Ryder." She says, she bites her lip after. Now that i see her closely, she's kinda pretty. The way she bites her lip makes her look kinda hot too. Stop it Blitz no. Dont think those things. Keep it together boy.

"Well Jera Alice Ryder. I dont care who the fuck you are, you're a turtle to me now. Watch your back, illiterate turtle." I say, removing my hand from her face. I catch up to Jake and them, we scowl at her and laugh.

She just stays still, staring at me-her eyes filled with curiosity. I dont know what it is but...she seems different from other girls.
