Little girl who's made of stone
How your stare chills me to the bone
Your surface is hard and yet so smooth
You cry in the night and pray to an angel for your heart to sooth.
Little girl who's made of glass
How you have grown up so fast
People see you though, you are transparent
Wishing for this moment to last
Hiding tears from the hours spent.
Little girl who's made of gold
Show no weakness that you hold
Seem so lovely in the lights
Masking scars from previous fights.
Little girls who were so sure
Little girls who were so pure
Hanging on by only a thread
They're in over their pretty little heads
