We sat on the love seat holding ands waiting for his mother to come back into the room to explain what she was talking about by " Two black wolfs". I never met his dad I haven't even seem him.. I haven't even met the whole pack. All of a sudden this man walked into the room and sat across from us, he stared at us.. staring at me. " Who is this, Ashton?" He asked.
I crawled onto Ashton's lap scared I've never seen a man so tall and so well built it scared me.
Ashton ran his fingers through my hair trying to calm me down. Ashton liked doing that a lot. He was so soft when he ran his fingers threw my hair. " Poor thing." The man said looking right at me. Ashton pulled me closer into his chest and growled lowly at the man looking at me with a look of wanting.
"BACK OF JOSH, SHE'S MINE!!!" Ashton yelled with power and anger.
"who say's so?" Josh asked with a smirk on his face.
"I do, I'm his mate." I said with pride.
"You?, His mate... No your to hot for him." Josh said laughing.
In a blink of an eye not realizing it I look over and see Josh pinned against the wall by his throat clawing at Ashton's hands.
"Ashton let Josh go." As his mother walked into the room and sitting on the couch across from me. Ashton let Josh go and walked back to me and wrapped his arm around my waist protectively.
" What happened?" Ashton's mother asked.
"Josh is trying to take my Brandy." Ashton said and growled at Josh.
"Josh is this true?" She turned toward Josh.
"Yes mam." He said lowering his head.
" They are mates Josh you should know that, Just look at them." His mom said motioning her hand to us.
"I'm sorry mam." He said quietly and sat down next to Ashton's mother.
Ashton's mother looked at us and takes a deep breath in and lets it out.
"Ok, so I need to explain why everyone was staring at you guys when you approached the pack house. Two black wolfs being mates is.. rare. Being mates with the wolfs you have, comes power and special abilities." She explains carefully.
"So we have special abilities?" I asked seriously.
"Yes, Like an ability is speed you will have higher speed than the rest of the wolfs. Strength you can take down wolfs easily, and last but not least Vision, sense of smell and hearing will all instance iffy." She explained.
I looked at Ashton for a minute and looked back at his mother and nodded. It is now 10:20 pm It is time for bed. Ashton and I walked up stairs hand in hand and walk into the room. I walked into the bath room getting ready to brush my teeth and get ready for bed. Ashton walked in and wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my shoulder and put his head on my shoulder and looked at my reflection in the mirror. After brushing my teeth I turned around and kissed my loving mate softly. I walked to the bed and crawled into the bed and wrapped up in the soft blankets. Ashton took off his shirt and crawled into bed and cuddled up to my back and kissed my shoulder blade. I smiled and rolled over to face him and placed a kiss on his lips.
"Do you want to train tomorrow?" He asked looking into my eyes.
"YES!!!" I smiled and said happily.
He laughed and kissed my head and said good night and we fell asleep in each others arms and slept the night away.
