"Ohhmp!" Takumi muffled when something pressed against his lips, a little bitter with a tint of sweetness.

"Aaahhh!!!" Screams the witness.

"Takumicchi, spit out!!" Yuki flails.

Too late

Takumi already swallowed the lump of chocolate and letting the aftertaste spread in his taste buds, he hums, much to their horror. The blonde looks up to the other occupants in the room and raised his brow as he noticed the pale faces of the Polar Star Dorm residence.

"Uuuhh... Good morning?" He greets, uncertain.

"Huh? That's strange," Ryoko mutters.

"Are you okay? Do you feel anything strange?" Tadokoro asked with panic in her tone.

"Yeah, I feel fine," Takumi answers nonchalantly. "What's going on?"

They exchanged glances. "Maybe it's really just a defect," Ibusaki says and turns to Ryoko.

The italian frowns, he rounded to the table and sat, he eyes the tray of chocolate. "Really. What's going on?" He demands.

"No! Don't eat more of that!" Yuki reaches and slid the bowl away.

"It's just chocolate," he shrugs. "Is it cherry? I tasted cherry..."

"Cherry?" Ryoko perks up, she and Marui exchanged glances. "So that's why..."

"You see, Aldini-kun," Tadokoro started. "We were making those chocolate and mistook an ingredient for flavoring,"

Takumi knitted his brows. "Artificial flavoring?"

"Yeah," Yuki sulks.

"Why would you use artificial if there's actual fruit that can bring more flavor?" He unfolded his arms and settled it on the table.

"You see, we were trying to figure out what is the difference in flavor between articial flavoring and fresh fruits," Tadokoro says.

"And there are some fruits that needs to be preserved before of use or fruits that affects the flavor if not used well," Marui explains, adjusting his glasses.

"Hmm. That I know, but using fruits like cherries when its still fresh is more flavorful, especially the fresh pick," Takumi points. "But that aside, what's the matter?"

"The artificial flavor they used is actually a drug," Ryoko says and pulls the bottle.

"Drug?!" Takumi exclaims and paled.

"Aphrodisiac in fact," Ibusaki corrects.

"Why do you have something like that here?!" The blonde scolds and banged his fist against the table.

"It was handed to Ryoko and Marui by Nakiri-san to study," Tadoroko explains. "It seems to have undergone fermentation and Nakiri-san said it will benefit Ryoko if she studies the process,"

"Nakiri-san said that it was made by Sadatsuka Nao for uhhmm... Arato-san," Ibusaki hesitates. "Since it was made by a student, it could result to expulsion,"

"That explains it, but why were you using it? Experiment?"

"No, it was by mistake." Ryoko says and took out a bottle. "I misplaced it awhile ago and Yuki and Megumi mistook it as flavoring,"

"We're sorry!" Both apologozed with their heads bowed.

"But if you really don't feel anything strange, its defective then?" Yuki says with that comical look on her face with her tongue stuck out.
