Wait! I'm Bionic?

Chapter 1

⚽ Aurora POV ⚽

   I wake up then bang on Aiden's wall to wake him up. The I get ready for school. We walk downstairs and we see two boys.
     "Mom, Dad? Who are they?" I ask.
     "Honey, this is Leo Dooley and Adam Davenport." Dad tells me.
     "Oh Liv talks about them all the time." Aiden tells them.
     "She must really like us." Adam says.
     "Well, anyway, you remember you guys had that heart problem as a baby?" Dad asks.
      "Ya Dr. Drake calls us his miracle babies every time we go in with Dad." Aiden says.
      "Well you're Uncle Douglas, remember him, he came over all the time when you were little and he came over last week." Dad reminds us and we nod.
       "He gave you guys bionics, it was the only way to save you. You mother was against it and then Douglas gave us a remote to turn off your bionics." Dad explains. I stay quiet, I look at Aiden and he looks about to yell. I grab his hand and he calms down.
        "Okay, so why are they here?" I ask.
        "Douglas' brother, Donald, made a bionic academy. We want you guys to learn to use your bionics. I know this is sudden but you guys are going to go there after today." Mom tell us.
        "So today is our last day?" I ask.
        "Yes." Dad says and he looks like he's gonna cry. Dad never cries.
        "I guess let's go now, Liv, Logan and Blake will be wondering where we are." Aiden says. I grab my bag and throw it over my shoulder.
     We walk outside and see our three older brothers, Jake, Jordan and Alex.
       "So you guys ready to go?" Jake asks.
       "Why'd you wait?" I ask.
       "I knew they were gonna tell you about your bionics so I wanted to wait for you." Jake says.
       "Wait you knew." Aiden gets a little mad at him.
       "Only since last night." Jake puts up his arms in surrender.
       "Okay, let's go." I tell them and we jump into the Jake's truck.

  We get to school, and since were late we go see Principal Johnson, Perry's replacement, and let me say he's a lot better than Perry.
     "Hey Johnson." Jake says.
     "Aww the Davis kids, so why are ya late?" Johnson asks.
     "Mom and Dad gave the twins some important news so we stayed behind to drive them." Alex tells Johnson.
     "Is that true, twins?" Johnson uses our nickname.
      "Yes it is Johnson." We say together.
      "Okay, then go to class." He waves us out. When we get out Jake starts to talk.
      "I don't get why he likes us so much, you three are troublemakers." Aiden points at our older brothers.
     "Only when it needs to happen, and we haven't been in a for three months." Jordan points out.
     "And why were you in a fight?" I ask them.
     "Because some guys we all over you and you tried to run but the wouldn't let you so all four of us grab a boy and punched them in the nose." Alex says.
     "And I thank you for that but you guys got a three day suspension." I tell them and grab Aiden, "Come on we have class."

  **** Skip to Lunch ****

  Aiden and I walk into the lunch room and we find our friends.
      "Oh there they are." I point to a table with the boys and Liv. We walk over.
     "Hey guys." Aiden says. And they ignore him. I sit by Liv and she won't even look at me.
     "Hey I met two of those bionic guys you always talk about, Adam and Leo." She looks like she wants to talk to me but Logan and Blake give her a look.
      "What's wrong?" I ask. They don't say anything.
      "Seriously? What the heck did we do?" Aiden asks. They acted like we aren't here. I get so frustrated I hit the table so loud everybody stopped talking and you could hear a pin drop. But I don't care I want to know why my friends aren't talking to me.
      "Tell us why you aren't talking to us." I pretty much growl at them. Then everyone starts to talk again. Logan sighs and then starts to talk.
     "Why don't you tell us why didn't tell us you guys are bionic." He says. I look at Aiden and sigh.
     "We were, we just found out this morning. Wait who told you?" I ask.
     "Your brother, Jake." Blake says in a duh tone. I look at Aiden, since we both know we have lunch with him. I look for him and I find him.
    I start to walk over and Aiden follows closely behind me. We get to Jake's table and he and his friends are laughing.
     "Hey little siblings, what's up?" He asks and I fuming. I grab his shirt and pull him out of his chair and look him in the eyes.
     "You told our friends about us being bionic and now they won't talk to us. If you would've kept your mouth shut our last day in Mission Creek would of been better." I let go if him and walk away. I go sit outside and Aiden comes out with me. I grab my sketch book and draw.
      "Hey it could of been worse." Aiden tries to cheer me up.
     "How? Our friends won't talk to us, we have to go to a stupid island, and Jake's a jerk. I think he wanted this to happen." I tell him and Adam and Leo come up to us.
      "Hey guys." Adam says in a happy voice.
      "Hey Adam, Leo." I sigh, "I wanta go home and pack, then leave later tonight." Aiden nods.
      "Ya that sounds good." Aiden says. I walk to the office and call my mom. She let's us go home and Adam drives us.
     We come home and we start to pack. By the time we get done and get our stuff downstairs, our brothers come home. Mom decides to have a family dinner, since it's the last time we'll be here for a while.
       "So how was your guys day?" Dad asks us.
       "Good I guess." I mumble.
       "Well beside when our oldest brother is a jerk." Aiden says.
       "Aiden Lynn!" Mom yells at him.
       "Mom its true! The idiot told our best friends that we're bionic, when we were going to and now they won't talk to us." I tell her.
       "Well 'The Idiot' didn't think it was a big deal." Jake says. I give him a death glare and he just rolls his eyes.
      "Oh, Aiden and I agreed we want to go to the island tonight." I start to eat again and Dad chokes a little and then swallows.
      "When did you decide this?" Mom asks.
      "A little bit ago." Aiden says.
      "Well your mom and I think you should leave tomorrow morning." Dad says.
      "Well Dad this is our life, and we would like to leave tonight." Aiden says.
       "Okay then. I guess you can leave after dinner." Mom says.

   We grab our bags and Adam and Leo help. We put our bags in the back of the car and we give Mom, Dad, and our siblings. We jump in the back of the car and we drive to the hydro loop building.
    "Wanting to see your friends before we go to the island?" Adam asks.
    "No, they will find out that we left from our brothers." Aiden says.
