First Encounter

James's POV

Scrubs scrubs scrubs... today's my first day of school. I woke up early to make breakfast and cleaned the house when I saw molds on the wall.
At 7:00 a.m. I was ready to go to school, I roused my mom up to eat her breakfast and kissed her goodbye. At school

I went to bulletin board to checked my class's number when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was my best friend, Ryan, the handsome class monitor last year.
" Hey, James", he greeted politely." Hi, Ryan," I greeted back.
" I'm glad that we're in the same class again," He smiled. " Yeah, man!" I exclaimed tapping his shoulder. As we walked to our room we heard a familiar voice calling us. I turned around and saw a cute smiling face, guess what? It's Keira Holmes, my crush. She came closer to us when Ryan noticed me blushing. He knew I had a crush on her for a long time. But I guessed she didn't know because she always talked to me casually. I turned to Ryan when I realized him smiling at me teasingly. Keira greeted us joyously and said, " We're in the same class again! Yay!" What she just said shocked me. Well, I'm kind of nervous and happy. I actually smiled in my brain. We all walked in to our class and got ourselves a seat. I picked the one that's right behind Keira. After that, I was so thirsty so, I grabbed my water bottle and walked outside to go to the cafeteria. As I walk, I greeted some of my old classmates when I suddenly felt something bumped into me. I looked around and saw no one. I scratched my head and tried to figure out what just happened. I could see that everyone were gasping and some blinked a few times. I didn't know what's going on. Then, I saw a short girl staring at me intensely. I lowered my head and said, " Hi little girl, this is not an elementary school. You got it wrong." Before I could do anything, I unconsciously saw fist flying into my right cheek. Damn! It hurts. Who the hell is she?
