"Louis! Louis! C'mon! Get uuuuuuUUUUUPPPPP!" Niall yelled to a groggy Louis.

"It's 10AM on Saturday, I'm allowed to sleep in." The boy mumbled, as he fixed his blankets and buried his head in a pillow.

"Yeah, you're allowed to sleep in, but I wouldn't if I was meeting Liam for lunch today."

"shit."

Louis then jumped out of bed, wearing nothing but his boxers and socks, for which he had no idea why, and ran into the bathroom. As he waited for his water to heat up, Louis quickly shot Liam a text.

Lou: we still on for lunch?

Liam: ya I'll be at your house at noon then we can decide where to go

Lou: sounds good

Louis took a shower, washing his hair and body very slowly. Long showers were therapeutic for Louis. The warm water running over his naked body soothed him. He hummed quietly to himself as he cleaned his body. Today he hummed to the tune of Valerie by Amy Winehouse.  When he got out of the shower, it was around a quarter 'till eleven. Louis stood in the mirror, brushed his teeth, and shaved his face smooth in preparation for his 'date' with Liam.

For some reason that not even Louis could explain, he was unusually nervous to have lunch with Liam. They had broken up years ago, and had seen each other plenty of times after that. That is, until Lou and Niall moved to the city together. This was the first time Louis would really get to talk to his old friend in over a year. He tried to brush of his nervousness, but still felt it inside.

When Liam had arrived, Louis was watching TV in the living room with they guy he saw in the corner of the club the previous night. Niall brought him home.

Lou greeted Liam with a hug, and smiled at his old friend. They left the apartment after yelling goodbye to Niall, who was upstairs, oblivious to the fact his 'friend' was still here.

Louis and Liam decided to eat at a place called the Hallway Grill.

After catching up with each other, Liam finally asked the question they were both waiting to. "So, you been seeing anyone lately?"

"No..." Louis said as he looked down at his empty plate.

"Oh come on. I saw you talking and dancing with Harry last night at the club."

"Well why did you ask if you already knew what you wanted me to say?"

"I don't like to invade in other's personal lives if they don't want to talk about it first."

"Sure." Louis said, rolling his eyes.  "Well if you must know, Harry and I were just talking as...friends. We only started dancing because we were roaring drunk." Louis explained, telling half of the truth.

"Oh is that so? I saw him hand you that paper as you walked out last night. And you've been texting and unsaved number all morning. Just saying."

"Who the fuck are you, Nancy Drew!? You can't just assume that I'm texting Harry, and act like you know everything."

"Fine."

Liam sat in an awkward state, thinking about his situation. After a few moments, he finally bursts. "Is it Harry!? I just need to know."

"You're unbelievable."

"So it is Harry."

"YES! IT'S HARRY OKAY! WE ARE TWO PEOPLE THAT LIKE EACH OTHER AND WE ARE TEXTING, OKAY? QUIT ACTING LIKE THIS IS THE NEW JODI ARIAS CASE!"

"Sorry?"

"You should be! Oh now it's my turn, who have you been seeing recently, Miss Arias?" Louis joked.
