"Jade, honey are you ready to go?" Mom asked
"Ya, I guess. I just *sigh*, don't understand why your making me do this." I said
"Because, when Jonah moved to LA, I noticed that uh, that you fell in with the wrong crowd and you come home drunk or high" mom replied
"Well they are my friends like it or not, but let's go" I said with attitude
We head to the airport and when I get there I go to my terminal. About 10 minutes later I got on the plane and texted Jonah saying I will be there in 2 hours.
****skip plane ride****
I get off my plane, go to baggage claim, and get my bag, then text Jonah.
****Text Messages****
Jade: Hey where are you?
Jonah: Look behind you
****End of text messages****
I jump into Jonah's arms and he spun me around like we were 2 teens that haven't seen each other in years, but we some how pulled a long distance relationship. Jonah puts me down then grabs my bag and we head to the car. When we get to the car Jonah puts my stuff in the trunk and we head off to the house.
"So how have ya been?" Jonah asked
"Good. I'm just so happy that I get to see you and hang out with you because A) I missed you a lot and B) These past 2 years have been hell without you there" I replied
"How has it been hell?" Jonah asked concerned
"Well after you moved I didn't have you there, then a few more months went by and I became friends with Danielle Bregoli, then mom was making me do everything while she sat around doing nothing all day, and I was babysitting to make my own money, then I started partying with Danielle, getting drunk or high, sometimes both, just to get my mind off of everything, then Danielle moved, I was still partying, mom noticed, I started dating, but I always broke the guys heart by breaking up with him, then mom told me that I'm graduating early, so I have a lot of work I had to do, and I still have some left, so when it came to partying I stayed longer and drank or smoked more" I said
"You know you could have called, texted, or facetimed me right?" Jonah asked more concerned
"I know, but most of it happened while you were on tour and I didn't want to bother you, cause I want the best for you and for you to have fun, and not worry about me" I replied
"Jade 2 things 1) I'm always here for you no matter what I'm doing and 2) what about your panic attacks?" Jonah asked
"Well, since your the only one who can pull me out of them, I learned how to control them and pull myself out of them" I said
"I'm gonna drop you off at the house show you around, then if you want to come I'm going to The Grove to meet the boys" Jonah said
"I'm just gonna stay there and unpack and work on my school work" I replied
When we get to the house Jonah shows me around and brings me to my room which so happens to be right next to his. Probably because of my panic attacks. When I walk into my room it's decorated just like my room back home. The walls were an aqua mixed with teal color. One wall painted with chalkboard paint, a desk by the door, that is opposite of the chalkboard wall, my queen sized bed in the corner on one side of the room, bathroom on the other side. My bedding is black, but in white it said "Mermaid Off Duty"
"I thought that maybe you would want some place calm to relax but still be close to home" Jonah said
"Thanks Jonah" I said hugging him
"No problem. I'm gonna head out, just call or text if you need anything"Jonah replied
"Yep, see you later Jojo"I said
"See ya later Jay" Jonah said
Jonah left and I started to unpack. I put my clothes, shoes, suitcase, etc. in the closet, put my makeup, curling iron, straightening iron, etc. in the bathroom, and put my laptop on the desk along with my binders for school work. About an hour later I'm in the middle of a paper for history about World War II, when all of a sudden I start feeling stressed then BAM!
