I'm writing a book called Shadows but instead off me explain I'm gonna give you a part of it.
Daily routine
*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEE-*
I groaned as I smacked the 3 year old alarm clock by my bed. I look at the clock and whimper.
7:10
"Dammit" I mutter.
I have twenty minutes to get ready for school. I pop out of bed and get ready. I sprint down stairs grab an apple and I'm out the door. I turn the corner of my street and I almost immediately crash into someone.
"Sorry" I sighed I probably won't make it on time to school now. I quickly grab there stuff from the ground and hand it to them. Once I look up my breath catches in my throat. Alyssa Dex, the most popular girl in school and to be Frank I've never talked to her till now, oh god I'm screwed.
"Will you stop staring and talk to me" Alyssa says with an amused grin on her face.
"What h-how long w-was I out?" I asked while my face reddens from embarrassment.
"Pretty long and the fact you're stuttering makes it better" she says and hurries off.
"Wait what!" I said. There was a laugh in the distance as my brother Troy came up behind me.
"I'm surprised she didn't eat your head off" Craig said from my right as we walked to school.
"I don't even know wait hey! We're you two eavesdropping" I said exasperated.
"Shut up you loves struck fool, you have no chance with her, if anyone deserves her it's me!" Troy pronounced flexing. Unlike my brothers I didn't let my family's wealth, class, and pride blind me. I shook my head and kept walking.

OK that wasn't enough but it's basically on Jay [main character] is in a family of pure fire elementals but in that family a "runt" known as Jay is different from the others whereas his brothers Troy and Craig Firefox were Cocky, prideful, full of themselves. Jay is the total opposite and because of that he's looked down upon and one day he'll snap.
