Chapter 5

A/N: alright, this chapter was fun to write because this is where all the couples come into play. i hope you guys like it as much as i do, and if not...then i'm a total dork :p comment/vote please :)

Lauren walks down the halls before school starts, her eyes darting around while she looks for one person in particular. Once she makes eye contact with the warmest brown eyes she's ever set her own eyes on, she quickly chases after Camila before she walks away.

"Camila! Wait!", she shouts, and luckily Camila freezes in her spot. Once Camila notices that it's Lauren who's calling for her attention, she quickly excuses herself from her small group of friends, then makes her way towards Lauren.

"Yes, Ms. Jauregui?", Camila asks once they're only a small space apart from each other.

"Okay, so, you know for that one part of the plan where I have to be disguised and stuff?" Camila nods, so Lauren continues. "Well, I was sorta hoping you could help me out with that. See, Perrie isn't really good at this stuff, and I was thinking that you'd probably be really good at it. So, can you help me look for a wig after school today?"

"Of course! I know just the place!", Camila says like a giddy child on Christmas day.

"Great! I'll see you after school then?"

"I'll wait for you by the front gates of school."

"Awesome, see you then Camz!", Lauren says as she starts to walk off, but she almost trips over herself once she realizes she just called Camila 'Camz'.

"Camz?", Camila asks, slightly tilting her head in confusion.

"Ugh, yeah. It kinda just slipped out...sorry, just forget I said that-"

"No! I mean, it's unique...and I haven't heard anyone use that one before. Plus, it's kinda cute...and I kinda like it."

Lauren tries to fight the blush that creeps up onto her face. Yes, it's true. Lauren Jauregui has been harboring a secret crush on Ms. Cabello for the longest time (even longer than Perrie has had a crush on Jade, and that's saying something). "Alright, cool then. See you later Camz?"

"Wouldn't miss it for the world.", she responds with an innocent wink, then turns around to walk back down the hall to where her friends were waiting.

"You got it bad." Lauren jumps in fright when she hears the voice behind her, and she quickly whirls around to see who it is.

"Liam! You almost gave me a heart attack, you jerk!", she says while slapping him on his shoulder.

"Ow!", he whines while bringing his hand up to rub his (most likely bruised) shoulder. "Jeez, love makes you grumpy."

"Oh shut up! What would you know about crushes anyway?"

"I know a few things.", he mutters, a small blush appearing on his cheeks. He quickly clears his throat and changes the subject. "That's not the point of why I came to talk to you. I was going to head over to the school library after school to print those copies you needed. Roughly how many will we need?"

"Around 80 thousand."

"80 thousand?", Liam asks, his jaw practically dropping to the floor. "There's no way they're gonna let me print that much."

"You're smart, I'm sure you'll think of a way to change their minds.", Lauren says simply as she enters in her locker combination code.

"I'm smart, not persuasive...those are two completely different things.", Liam explains as Lauren dumps her books into his hands while she grabs a few things from her locker.
