Chapter one : coming home

"Elena, Jeremy your going to be late on your first day if you don't hurry up" I could hear my aunt Jenna scream at my brother and my twin, as I stood outside my house in my home town I haven't lived in in 3 years. I haven't seen them since right after my parents died and Jenna got custody of us I didn't want to come home. I moved in with my uncle john when I was 14 because john said that my parents 'didn't acknowledge I was there' they all started fighting over it so we decided that it was better if I just went with john I don't know why john is so protective of me but he is. I was just about to knock on the door when Jenna opened it to go to work.

As she opened the door she screamed my name and hugged my in one of the tightest hugs I have ever been in. "Why did you scream Hannas name" I could hear my twin sister say from the kitchen. "Maybe because your long lost twin sister has showed up at your doorstep" I said sarcastically to Elena. She came out and hugged my just as tight as Jenna did. " omg you're home wait john let you come home?" My sister asked surprised. I decided I wanted to finish my last two years in high school with my old friends from home hope you don't mind me staying" I answered. "Of course not are you going to school today " she asked just as Jenna walked to her car as she was late for a meeting. "Yep wouldn't miss it I'm just gonna grab a flask for the coffee and drop my bags " . "Ok I'll drive you ok see you in the car ". "K".

After reaching the school I got out. People in my old school always asked how me and my sister would be told apart but it's quite easy to differentiate us when you look at our style, she wears old people clothes with converse and I wear pretty dark clothes basically like today I'm wearing ripped black jeans a black crop top and a dark grey bomber jacket and dark grey suede boots, Oh and there is always the fact that I have silver eyes I have no idea how but I just do, I love them nonetheless they make me feel, special almost.I was knocked
out of my thoughts when I had someone cover my eyes from behind
"Guess who?" I heard a guys voice say.
I didn't recognise it because I hadn't seen all my old friends since I left and they've all grown up now. "I don't know you tell me" I answered the voice.

"You don't even know the voice of your own boyfriend,wow, Hannah I'm disappointed""TYLER" I yelled turning around jumping into his arms hugging and kissing him at the same time I missed him so much."The one and only" he replied, making me giggle."I missed your giggling" he said which just made me giggle more. He wrapped his arm around my waist and suggested we go to class.

I have been going out with Tyler since we were 13, I know what your thinking, I left how are we still a thing we'll we FaceTime everyday and there was the fact we met half way between our homes every Saturday to meet up.

After I got home from the most boring day at school, other than everybody acting really weird around me, I basically past out the second my head hit my pillow.

A/n so this is my first book so it's probably terrible I'm only really writing it for myself because I love to write but anyone feel free to continue if you have any suggestions please comment them. This book will follow some events that happen in the vampire diaries if you're confused as to why everyone was acting weird around Hannah it's because she came back to mystic falls a year after Stefan and Damon who we haven't met yet so everybody knows about vampires but her. In this book they haven't met elijah yet either this is starting right after Kathrine came back but I'm leaving out the part where john gets his fingers cut of because I don't want him in mystic falls yet.
