"N-Natsu" I stutter as tears flow down my cheeks aggressively. "Lucy! What happened to you?!" He says after looking at me from bottom to top. I just broke down into sobs on the ground as I try to explain. "Luce, you just need to calm down, alright?" Natsu says as he wipes my tears off of my face. I nod slowly and start putting my clothes back on.
As we walk home I explain to Natsu what happened. "Lucy, I am really sorry about what I said earlier today! That was really mean and I didn't realize that! I was just trying to be funny and joke around! I really am super sorry!" Natsu says. "It's alright, Natsu! I know you were just joking around! I am sorry for making suck a big deal about it!" I apologize.

"Ah, my parents are calling me, they must be worried!" I say as I accept the call.
"LUCY!!! YOU BETTER GET HERE RIGHT NOW YOUNG LADY!!!!!"
"Y-yes Dad!" I say as he hung up.
"What the heck?!" Natsu says as I ignore the tears burning the back of my eyes.
"I-I don't know." I say shaking. My dad has never at me like that before! What happened? Questions start bubbling up inside of me like boiling water.
"Hey Luce, you okay?" Natsu asks with concern in his voice. "Y-yeah I-I'm fine!" I answer. "Sure you are." Natsu says sarcastically.
Neither of us bothered to fill in the rest of the silence for the rest of the way.
"Bye Natsu. Thanks!"
"No problem, Luce! See ya on Monday!"
I walk up the big steps of my parents' mansion. As I open the door I see the face of my Father.
"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US?!?! YOU LITTLE IDIOT!!! YOU DESERVE TO DIE!!!!" My so-called-father says as he punches me, kicks me, and slaps me.
"D-do what?" I ask.
"YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR OWN MOTHER!!!! YOU MADE HER DIE!!!! IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT!!! IF YOU DIDN'T RUN AWAY FOR FUN SHE WOULDN'T HAVE DIED!!!!!!" He yelled as he still beat her with a wooden spoon he found on the floor.
I didn't run away! I didn't kill her! I didn't know she died in the first place! What did I even do?! God, save me! I wanted to scream at him but he would just hurt her even more badly.
He hit her in the head and she finally blacked out.
