Other Information

The Black Foal- the Black Foal comes around once every hundred years; they are always born duds and rarely live past birth. By the time they are Yearlings, they have grown into their wings and can fly. The ones that live are often fast, agile, smart, and powerful. In their first birthday, the Hundred Year Star will shine down on them and give them power. Some become the Healer; a pegasus that can heal wounds and even bring others to life. Others become the Destroyer; murderous creatures that live for blood and only blood. When a Black Foal cries, their tears sprout flowers. They can see spirits. After the Hundred Year Star grants them their power, they are immortal. This time, the Black Foal is Echowing.
The Guardian Herd- the Guardian Herd is the herd that the Black Foal is born into. It it their job to protect the Black Foal until their first birthday, where the Over-stallion has the option to either let them live and receive their power, or kill them where they stand. This time, the Guardian Herd is the Snow Herd.
The Hundred Year Star- the Hundred Year Star is a star that only comes around once every hundred years when the Black Foal is born. It's so bright that you can see it even in the day, and it will remain in the sky until the Black Foal's first birthday, where it will send down a beam of light, give the Black Foal their powers, and vanish for the next hundred years. If the Black Foal dies before then, the star will disappear.
Duds- duds are pegasi that are born with malfunctioning wings. Sometimes, their wings are too large. Other times, their wings aren't fully feathered or developed. Whatever the case, they just can't fly.
Treason- disobeying the Over-stallion or the Lead Mare is counted as treason, and can be punishable by death.
Mates- when a pegasus mates, it is until they die, their mate dies, they are banished, or their mate is banished.  It is considered punishable by death to kill a mate or your foal.
Banishment- banishment is considered a worse punishment than death; a pegasus cannot live without a herd.  There are too many predators, and they will die quickly.
Colors- pegasi have every coat a normal horse has- every coat but black. Their wings, however, can be whatever color you want them to be- multi color, even. But black is off limits.
