Chapter 12

Jessica's POV

I wake up wrapped in covers. I look around and wonder where my mate is. As if on kew, Dillon walks in carrying a platter full of pancakes, cinnamon toast, bacon, eggs, grits, and waffles. Plus, two glasses of orange juice. I smile. He comes and sits down beside me.

"This is so sweet but I don't think I can eat this all." I say eyeing all the food.

"Oh I know. Some of this is for me." he smiles cheekily. I punch his arm lightly.

"Ow." he says rubbing his arm. He sticks his tongue out at me.

"Very mature." I laugh. He grabs a piece of bacon and sticks it in his mouth.

"Hey!" I say crossing my arms. He smiles showing the strip of bacon he's holding with his teeth. I laugh. We finish up breakfast and I lay my head on his shoulder.

"Don't fall back asleep. The pack is going swimming in 30 minutes." Dillon says putting his arm around my shoulders.

"Okay." I yawn and close my eyes.

I wake up hearing screams and yells.

"We're going swimming!" I hear.

"Let's get our pool on!" I hear also.

I realize it's 12:25. I shake Dillon. he wakes up groggily.

"What?" he asks.

"You're gonna miss the swimming party!" I yell.

"Oh! I'll see you down there." he says.

We kiss quickly and I dash off to my room. I hear Dillon run down the stairs. I change into a pink, stringy bikini top and some tribal print bottoms. I rush down the stairs and walk outside. I hear the whistles of the single wolves in our pack. Then a low growl.

Dillon's POV

She walks outside in a bikini. She looks HOT! My wolf purrs. Then I hear whistles. Oooooh NO! Nobody's gonna get my girl! I growl and she smirks. I stomp over to her.

"What are you wearing?" I ask furiously.

"A bikini." she calmly states.

"Well I don't like it." I declare.

"Oh you don't?" she asks curiously.

"Well I do but the other wolves don't need to see you like this." I growl.

"Hey. I'm yours and yours only." she confirms. I smile and kiss her softly. Tanner comes by and pushes us in the pool. We both laugh.

"Hey let's jump off the diving board together!" she says. I nod. We get out and she hops on my back.

"Onward!"she shouts pointing her finger forward. I laugh and run to the diving board. I get on and jump off, Jessica still on my back. We make a giant splash and pop up in the middle of the pool. We both smile and laugh. I get out and get back on the diving board behind Tanner. I push him off. I laugh then Colton pushes me. Before I can go off, I grab Colton's arms and pull him in with me. We hit the pool hard and make a giant wave.

Jessica's POV

Dillon and Colton jumped made a giant wave in the pool, pushing back to the ladder. I get out and run on the diving board.

"Cannonball!" I shout and grab my legs as I hit the water, creating a giant ripple. I start to swim up to the surface when I feel strong, gentle hands grab my waist. Dillon.

He pulls me up to the surface.

"I saved this young, beautiful damsel in distress." he says triumphantly. I giggle and he kisses me. Right then, Bella and Mikey jump in the pool and throw me and Dillon away from each other. We all laugh.

"No physical contact!" Mikey playfully scolds. Dillon comes o me and kisses me again. He glances at Mikey while we kiss and Mikey laughs. Bella shouts," No PDA!" I pull away from Dillon and laugh. We all do. Then I dunk Dillon under.

"Payback!" I yell victoriously.

"Not so close!" he says sneaking up behind me and dunking me. I scream before I go under. I come back and laugh. I love being in this pack.
