A loud roar was heard from outside of the kitchen. All of the curse appliances jumped from the shock of the sudden noise.

"Be calm . Let me do the talking." Coran says while placing a spoon back into the sink.

A large purple figure busted through the kitchen entrance doors. His long pristine white hair went flying everywhere in his fit of anger. His large fangs were shown as he snarled down at his servants.

"You set him a place at the TABLE!" He yelled.

"Well we thought you would appreciate the company." Coran tried to explain while shrugging his shoulders at the master.

"Nice going Coran. Now that you gave him a proper guest stay and bedroom your gonna get us all in trouble." Pidge snaps from her place on the side.

The master's golden eyes widen with anger as he mentally went over what Pidge had said.

"You gave a him a BEDROOM!"

"Pidge." Allura snaps while glaring sternly at her adopted child.

"This is true, but master, if this boy is the one who can break the spell. Then why don't you start by using dinner to charm him." Shiro suggests while ushering towards a decorated dessert.

The master's golden eyes soften as he thinks over to what Shiro had said.  Maybe that wasn't that bad of an idea.

"Well I guess that's all right." He says, visibly relaxing as he picked at his claws in nervousness.

"Great, now off we go." Shiro says while waddling over to the exit.

................................................................

"You'll join me for dinner. That's not a request." The beast commands after  banging on Lance's door.

"Gently Master." Coran speaks

"The boy lost his mother and his freedom all in the same day." Allura chimes in.

He clears his throat and looks down in a guilty manner. Maybe he was too hard on the boy.

"Just a minute." Came a muffled voice from behind the door.

"You see. There he is." Pidge says while leaning against Allura.

"Now remember to be gentle." Allura comments while subtlety glaring at the purple skinned giant.

"And kind" Shiro chimes

"And Charming" Pidge says

"And sweet" and Coran finishes.

"And when he opens the door, give him the most dashing smile you can muster." Shiro says.

The master then tests his dashing smile on his servants. It obviously was a failed attempt because they all just cringed and told him to stop.

This is why he never came out of his room. He disgusts everyone that looks at him. All that he will ever be is a beast.

"Will you join me for dinner?" He says much more gentler now.

"You've taken me as your prisoner and now you want to have dinner with me! Are you insane?"

The beast's golden eyes lit in rage as he growled lowly in the back of his throat.

"Oh no he's losing it." Shiro sighs while face palming.

"I told you to join me for dinner!"

"And I told you No!"

"What's happening?" Pidge whispers from the side as she just started to pay attention to the conversation.

"I'll starve before I ever eat with you!"

"Fine, be my guest. If he doesn't eat with me, then he doesn't eat at all." He yells while directing his attention to the servants.

He then stomps away angrily to rest in peace and quiet. He knew that it was too good to be true. No one will ever love him.

.......................................................................

Lance was in the middle of making a miles long rope out of the fabric of blankets, sheets, and other clothing that was lying around the room collecting dust.

Suddenly there was a soft 'clink clink clink' against the wooden door.

His blue eyes widen in horror as he looks down at his progress and back at the blue painted door. He quickly throws the blankets over the side of the bed.

He quickly readjusted himself to look presentable and straighten his posture.

"Come in." He said after clearing his throat.

The door somehow opened and a metal tea cart came rolling in. There, on top of the tea cart was a white, blue, and pink porcelain teapot and a white, green, and orange matching tea cup.

The teapot's blue with magenta flecked eyes widen as she seen Lance.

"Its alright dear. Its only me, Allura. Oh my. Aren't you a vision."

The lightest blush fell upon Lance's tan cheeks and he gave a small smile back to the teapot.

Her eyes then glanced over on the floor where the blanket rope had been hiding. Unfortunately for Lance, she had seen the rope.

"Well, its a very long journey. Let me fix you up a nice cup of tea before you go" she says while glancing back over to Lance.

Lance diverts his eyes away from hers while rubbing the back of his neck.

"I have found that most troubles seem less troubling after bracing a nice cup of tea." Allura nods over to the tea cup. The teacup seemingly getting the idea, hops over to the tea pot.

"Easy now Pidge." Allura says sternly while pouring steaming hot tea into the tea cup.

Pidge just rolls her painted green eyes and just hums in acknowledgement.

Pidge slides over to where Lance had slid off the bed into a sitting position on the floor.

Lance had picked up the tea cup and took a sip of the calming tea. He hummed in appreciation and slouched in relaxation.

"You wanna see me do a trick." Pidge chimes as she smiles up at Lance. Her painted green eyes held mischievous amusement as Lance's blue eyes held mischievous curiosity.

Pidge then blows a bubble out of tea from the rim of her top. The tea cup giggles while Lance just smiles down at her.

Allura just gives a glare at the tea cup and sighs in a motherly way.

"That was a very brave thing you did for your mother, darling. We all think so."

"I miss her so much. I'm so worried. I know she has my other siblings, but I can't help but worry, you know." Lance says while tears pin prick the corners of his ocean orbs.

Allura smiles sympathetically and just nods. She doesn't really have any limbs to comfort the poor boy now. Obviously.

"Cheer up, my poppet. Things will turn out in the end. You'll feel a lot better after dinner."

Lance's eyes widen and he gapped.

"But, didn't he just say 'if he doesn't eat with me, the he doesn't eat at all.' "

"Yes, well the master is always so dramatic. It doesn't mean anything. I promise." Allura states while rolling her blue and magenta eyes. "Are you coming, darling."

"Ah yes." Lance says quickly before following after the rolling tea cart with Allura and Pidge on top.
