Should I say yes?

Chapter 4: hospital

"She's awake!!" Said Jase when I slowly opened up my eyes to find myself in a hospital bed holding hands with Jase."Jase what... what happened" I said with a wondering tone in my voice. "Oh Cole hit a baseball and it shot up and hit you in the head. and you were in a mini-coma for you to heal.. " he said getting really exited. "Why the excitement?" I said selfish but jokingly. "What do you mean?" Jase said getting kinda offended. "No No it's just that you were getting really exited and it's kinda a serious situation." I said trying to patch over what I had said earlier. "Well Jamie, I haven't seen my girlfriend, in 3 weeks because she has been in a mini-coma from getting hit in the head from a baseball the my best friend hit. My girlfriend, could have died. I was just maybe, a little exited when I realized that she was okay and wasn't gonna die. is that such a crime?"

I felt like such a jerk. a stupid, know- it- all jerk. "Jase you know I didn't mean it like that. I love you and I would never mean to hurt you." I was starting to get a little teary-eyed, because my head still kinda hurt. and Jase swept his warm hand over my cheek to wipe the tear away. "Jamie it's okay I'm not mad. you don't have to cry I promise... forever?" He whispered with the softest angel voice someone could ever have and I whispered back "forever". A few minutes later I said laughing "and for the record, I was crying because my head hurt." we continued laughing until my parents came in. *AUTHORS NOTE* hey guys! Don't be mad please! I know I haven't been writing lately but I had some issues with logging into watt pad and I finally got in. more on the way!
