Chapter 2-
When I was sure it was morning, I finally exited my tunnel of safety. The smell of gunpowder still lurked from the night before. I looked down and saw a music disc, on it it read "C418-Cat'' curious what it had to play I kept it with me, I went around the side of the mountain in search of the perfect cave. Then, just as I crossed all the way around I saw it, the same golden-armored skeleton from last night, taking shade under a patch of Spruce trees. It saved me, but in an attempt to kill me. Thoughts rushed through my head, I felt scared, then shocked, then aggressive, so aggressive I decided to kill it. I slowly waked up to it, hiding behind trees along the way. Once I got close I had to go around the back of it to disperse of the skeletal foe quickly. I drew my sword, and slowly planned the perfect angle to chop its head, rather skull, off. This was it. Risking my life over a stupid grudge against something that is only following its instincts. I gave it a strong smash to the spine, not enough to kill it. It flinched briefly and turned around and drew its bow. I was shocked at my weakness and stunned by fear. The long purple arrow was completely readied and looking painful as ever. He fired. To my suprise I found the arrow lodged in the leaves above and not lodged in my neck. They just can't do it! The angle they shoot makes it impossible for someone of its kind to hit me in a 2-block-tall area like this! I swiftly stabbed it in its old, dusty skull leaving behind nothing but some dust, some arrows, and the holy grail, an enchanted golden chest plate, Blast Protection II. It fit perfect, just like everything I find magically does. I decided to go back to the swamp. There, I found a cave. It was a steep drop with water at the bottom. There was still plenty of daylight, and I didn't want to waste it so I marked it with a cross of cobblestone and left it. I hiked through the swamp, killing Slimes along the way. I didn't know what I was looking for, I Just. Kept. Hiking. Then I found it. A small hut with a nice little mushroom perched upon the window pane. I slowly walked up to it, I knew what was coming, I don't know why I knew, I just did. There she was, the Witch, looking at me past the potted mushroom. She rocketed out of her house and ran towards me, potions at the ready. She launched a potion straight at my face, I instinctively hit it with my hands in mid air, not a good idea. My stomach flared, my head spun, and my knees were weak. The cursed woman poisoned me. With what consciousness I had left I ran towards her while she was drinking a concoction of her own and struck her in the neck, she fell down, still moaning. I felt sorry so I put her out of her misery. I didn't feel bad afterwards, because after all, Witches aren't human. She dropped some sticks and a Potion of Healing ''This will come in handy'' I said to myself as I picked it up. It was turning night, so I stayed at the Witch's hut, flipped the cauldron over, took a seat upon it and admired her potted mushroom. My stomach still burnt and I was still a little woozy.
