I'm starting this roleplay, but it WILL have rules. If I see you break one, you get a strike. If you get 3 strikes, your OC will be deleted, and you will not be allowed to roleplay here anymore.

1. BE LITERATE.
I'm not sure you people know how much illiteracy bothers me. I have one illiterate roleplay at the moment, and it is my fantasy roleplay. It really ticks me off if you aren't illiterate, so please, I'm begging you, use good GPAS. (Grammar, punctuation, and spelling.)

2. HATE THE CHARACTER, NOT THE USER.
Please show respect towards others, and be nice to them. The only thing you have a right to hate is an OC. (Unless the person you're roleplaying with starts to tick you off.)

3. BE SOMEWHAT DESCRIPTIVE.
Please, be somewhat descriptive. Don't create a really simple sentence that an eight year old could construct.

4. MAKE A DEVELOPED CHARACTER.
Do not,- and I mean, DO NOT make an undeveloped character. Your character has to be realistic, your character can not make an immortal/invincible character. Give your character real flaws, and no- 'clumsy' does not count as a flaw.

5. DON'T ASK ME FOR A NEW ROOMMATE.
This action could hurt your current roommates feelings, so please don't ask me for a new roommate unless the current one you have now is cyber bullying, or is breaking the apartment rules.

6. HAVE FUN!
Please have fun, and don't worry about small things. Don't be rude, and follow the rules! (:

-Apartment Rules-

1. PAY RENT.
If you don't pay rent, your OC will be kicked out.

2. NO SUPER LOUD NOISES.
You may not make really loud noises. It could wake the landlady up, or other people up.

3. ONLY TWO PETS ALLOWED.
You may only bring two pets into your apartment, it could get chaotic if you bring more than that.

4. DO NOT TRY TO BRIBE THE LANDLADY OUT OF PAYING RENT.
If you try this, there is a high chance of your rent going up. I'm sure your roommate wouldn't want that.

5. IF YOU'RE GONE LONGER THAN A MONTH, YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT OF YOUR APARTMENT.
We cannot have inactive people here who share an apartment. It will start to get boring for your roommate, so keep in mind- being gone for longer than a month will result in an OC-kick. The only reason you should be gone for that long is if you're dealing with real life problems, I'll understand.

6. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT DIRTY.
I get a dirty kitchen, like if you just finished eating and you don't feel like cleaning yet, but overflowing trash cans, a dirty bathroom, clothes everywhere- that's a no-no.

That's it for apartment rules. If you break a rule you'll get an apartment strike. When you get three apartment strikes, your current OC will no longer be staying at your current apartment.

The Money System

This may seem confusing, and that's why I want you to pay close attention to the money system.
When your OC first moves in, the OC is given 500 dollars.
Rent will be 400 dollars, and the landlady will come and collect that money every real life week.
You and your roommate will both pay 200 dollars.
To get more money, there will be a variety of stores you can work at.
Here they are:

LR= Low Rank
MR= Middle Rank
Hr= High Rank
Working overtime will result in 100 extra dollars.
Italian Restaraunt
If you already work 2 jobs that aren't listed here, you can tell me what they are, and I'll add you to the employee list! You just have to tell me how long you've been working there, too.

LR's: $100
MR's: $250
HR's: $300

Hospital

LR's: $250
MR's: $350
LR's: $400

Supermarket

LR's: $50
MR's: $100
HR's: $200

More will be added as we go on.
If you go to the supermarket to buy things, it won't cost money.
If you go to the hospital because you are injured, it won't cost money.
If you go out to eat at a restaurant, it won't cost money.
Only rent will cast money.
But, we will have suite's. Those will cost $1000, and 4 people can live in it.
There will only be 1 suite, though.
In the suite, you can have as many pets as you want, just don't go crazy.
