**Vanessa POV**
I go and answer the door. It was Elena. "Hey Elena! Why are you here?" I start panicking I dont know if I should let her in and see both my uncles or no. "Hey Vanessa I'm here to talk to you about the history project."
Crap, damn you history. "Um ok come on in..." I open the door wider for Elena to come in and turn around but only my mom and dad are here thank god they got away in time. I take Elena up to my room to work on the project.

"Hey Elena what time does Jenna want you home?" I ask. Elena grabs her phone to check the time and sighs "Now.."she answer's. "Oh well I can walk you home if you want." "Um sure that would be great wanna stay for dinner?" Elena asks. "Um sure let me ask my parents." I walk downs stairs t ask my mom if I could. "Hey mom." "Yes hun." "Can I walk Elena home and stay there for dinner?" "Sure but do you have your phone?" "Yes mom when do I not this thing is my life" I say as I hold up my phone. My mother laughs and I call Elena down so we can leave "Got your stuff?" I ask. "Yup let's go." I open the door to leave but there is uncle Stephan there. We both stop dead in our tracks. I began panicking again. Uncle Stephan know so she speaks up.
" Hey cuz how are you?" He directs to me. "Um I'm good, we were just leaving this is my friend Elena and she really needs to get home so I'll see you when I get back." I say as I grab Elena's hand and walk past Stephan. Once we walk down the street a bit Elena asks me. "Hey who was that?" I knew she was going to ask this time to make up a lie. "That was my cousin Stephan. He just moved back today and he will be going to school with us." "Ok" she says but I know she wants to dig a little deeper.

Ok that was the end of this chapter so ya I know this sucks as it was a filler chapter so ya. But next chapter we will meet Jeremy and she her relationship with him. Again let me know what you think and what I can change so I'll see you in the next chapter byeeeeeeee
