Chapter 2
*Niall's P.O.V*
I Smiled back at Sam, her smile was beautiful. " I'll be right back!" I said before leaving to go put our clothes in the washer. I came back into my room to Find Sam sitting at the end of my bed, with her head in her hands crying. I walked over to her and pulled her close. " Shh It's okay love, Whats wrong?" I asked rubbing her back gently. She tried to calm down to speak. " Why are you helping me?" I heard her ask. I paused. " Because a beatiful girl shouldn't be harmed." I spoke softly. "But you don't even know me or my past." Sam said as she looked up at me. I smiled at her before I spoke. "But I'd Like too." I said then I paused. "Now can you tell me what happened?" "I ..... Ummm....." She hesitaited trying to explain as she was crying. " Sam, It's kay, you don't have to tell me, if you don't want me too." I said still trying to calm her down by rubbing her back. "It's okay, I want to tell you." She said looking up at me. I gently rubbed my thumbs acrossed her face to remove her fallen tears. She finally calmned down. " Okay, my ex boyfriend Jason, still thins wre still dating and he kept telling me if I'd ever tried to runaway he'd kill me. So I didnt runaway for 8 months until now, and before I ran away Jason abused me all the time before and after he came home from work" Sam explained crying a little. I gently rubbed her back as she continued. " So Last night while he was sleeping I packed my bags and hid them. So I could finally runaway. But this morning I woke up Jason was still home because he woke up late and he blamined it all on me and he started hitting, kicking and punching me! I told him to stop and surpisingly he did, but it didn't stop there. Jason went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife. After he came back over to me, he told me I was worthless and ugly, dumb and a slut. And that I was the worst girlfriend he'd ever had! And then he grabbed my arm and before I could stop him he took the blade and cut my wrist, then he left for work and now I'm here." Sam explained trying to hold back her tears. " Thats terrible, no man should ever treat a women like that! " I told her as she sobbed on my shoulder. I paused. " Sam?" I asked waiting for her to responed. " Yeah?" Sam said rubbing her eyes. "This may sound weird but can I play something for you?" I asked and as I scratched the back of my head. "Yeah, Sure, I guess." Sam replied.
*Sam's P.O.V*
Niall Asked me if he could play something for me I just said yeah! Niall got up and rain into his closet and came back out with a Guitar. I smiled at him as he sat down on his bed next to me. He began to strum, then started to sing. "Your Inscure dont know what for...." He continued to sing the song as he was singing I Smiled.. Alot! 'I think I like him' I thought to myself. "Thats What Makes You Beautiful!" Niall sang the last few lyrics. "It's beautiful Niall, But I feel like I've heard it before" I said. "Well, you might have I sing it in a band called One Direction," Niall Said before getting up to put his guitar away. I felt my phone vibrate in Niall's pants pocket, I slowly grabbed it. There was a text from Jason. It read ' Where the hell are you? If you ran away I will find you slut!!' Niall came back. "Is everything okay?" He asked. I handed him my phone He read it and looked at me " I i I'm so sorry!" "It's not your fault but he won't find me. I'm too far away from his house and I made sure of that. And he doesn't know where you live " I said Niall gave my phone back to me and sat next to me. "Um Niall?" I paused. "Yes love?" He asked looking up at me. "um can I hang out here for a while I don't want to be alone?" I asked nervously. "Of course. But the lads are coming over later "he said " that's fine i'd love to meet them "I said smiling "alright then, but they're a bit crazy " Niall said smiling. " thats fine. So what are we gonna do until they come over?" I asked. " we could go to the basement and watch a movie" Niall asked. "sounds good!" I said smiling " what do you wanna watch I have everything !"Niall claimed. " Friday the 13th?" I asked.
* Niall's P.O.V *.
"Friday the 13th?" Sam asked "I have it but are you sure you wanna watch that?" I asked her " yeah, I'm sure" I heard Sam say . " alright let's go!" I said holding out my hand to lead the way. Sam took my hand slowly then we walked down stairs and walked down the hallway and I opened the basement foot and we walked downstairs to the basement. As we we got to the basement I turned around and looked at Sam as her eyes got big "what's wrong ?" I asked "oh um nothing it's just really cool down here, nice flat screen !" Sam said looking at my movie theater sized tv "thanks, sit down anywhere while I put in the movie " I said letting go of her hand. Sam sat down on the big couch I put in the movie after I found it. I turned the lights down to the perfect tone to watch the movie then i went to go sit by Sam " can I sit with you?" I asked. Sam nodded and moved over a bit and I sat down next to her . "are you sure you wanna watch this movie it's pretty scary !" I told her. "It's fine I won't get scared !"Sam said smiling at me. "Okay i!'ll be right here if you get too scared!" I said smiling back "okay " Sam laughed. as the movie started Sam moved closer to me. She was doing okay for the most part, until this really scary part came on. and she jumped and hit her face in my chest. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder "it's okay" I whispered another part came on and she jumped and the dimmed lights tuned completely off Sam screamed "hold on" I said standing up. "BOO!" Someone screamed . Sam shot up from the couch And jumped into my arms screaming. I held her close to me "hahaha you should have seen your faces " I heard a familiar voice say. "god damn it Louis ! that wasn't funny" I said rubbing Sam's back "yes it was !" Louis said and sat down in the chair "Louis! I told you not to do that !" Liam said as he turned on the lights "ehh they'll get over it" Louis said The rest of the lads came downstairs Harry was laughing. "I'm sorry about that love,!" Liam said to Sam as he sat on the couch I was still holding Sam close in my arms.
