Chapter 1

"Lili! Are you awake?" My mom called down to my room.
"Yeah. I'll be right up, promise!" I shouted. My room was in the basement. With a big closet & bathroom. I loved it.
Today was the first day of Riverdale season 2, the table read for episode 1. I grabbed my black Northface backpack & headed upstairs.
"Lili, someone's here to see you," my mom said as I walked into the kitchen. I was greeted by none other than Cole Sprouse my own screen love interest & off screen crush.
"Hey Peaches." He said with his crooked smile that made me weak in the knees.
"Hey!" I said & ran to hug him. We had been dating since January. My mom was okay with it even though he was older.
"I figured we could ride together." He said handing me my keys. I still drove my 2000 black Toyota Rav 4. I loved it too much. We hopped in my car & I drove us to work with his hand on my thigh.
I had never experienced work, school, & dating all at once so this year should be fun. We got to the set after about 10 minutes of driving. When we arrived Cole came around & opened my door for me. I thanked him & took his hand.
"Ahhh!!! Guys!!" Madi squeaked as she ran up & hugged us.
"This was supposed to be a surprise at the table for you but I can't help myself. The crew had me pick this up for you." She said handing me a blue ring box. My class ring.
"Oh my goodness!" I dropped Cole's hand & opened the box.
It was a silver ring with a sapphire stone. The sides had my last name, graduation year, school mascot, & a filming logo. It was stunning. Tears came to my eyes & I felt Cole's arm tightly wrap around my waist.
"Thank you, Mads." I said & hugged her. She hugged back but Cole's hand never left my waist.
"Now come sit! It's time for the table read! Happy Season 2!!"
