This challenge is all about socialization. The goal of the challenge is to keep your Sims happy. But, there's a catch. You have to form relationships these Sims, and then have them move in with you. So, here are our rules.
Rules
- You make one Sim in CAS
- No money cheats (unless for building your dorm)
- You can only use money cheats for the build of your house, not the items inside of it, and you may only money cheat once
- You must build your own dorm
- No freerealestate or bb.moveobjects
- No cheats (unless your sim glitches)
- If you choose to have a romantic interest it cannot be those in your dorm
- Your 'dorm' (house) cannot be huge, just big enough to store up to 8 people
- Some roomies can sleep on couches/floors/chairs if they are lazy, but if they do not have the lazy trait they cannot sleep on chairs
- All Sims need a job
- All Sims need to make at least 1,000 Simoleons a day
- All Sims can have hobbies, but cannot make over 500 dollars on said hobby
- If one of the Sims in your dorm has a child, they cannot have a job that interferes with care (they will have to get a night job)
- All Sims must attend weddings of other Sims in the dorm
Your backstory:
You are 18. Your parents were waiting to move you out, and they choose to do it the day you turned 18. They had been paying for a house, and then they kicked you out. You were struggling with rent. One day, you and another girl started chatting up. Suddenly, you had a roommate.
Things your dorm must have
No money cheats
- At least one bathroom (no bigger than 2 1/2)
- Each bathroom must have a toilet and sink, and one bathroom must have a shower or bath
- At least 2 bedrooms (make these bigger to fit at least 2-3 people)
- Each bedroom must have at least 2 beds (single is recommended)
- One living room (only one)
- Each living room must have a TV and couch
- One kitchen (only one)
- Each living room must have 1 stove, at least 2-3 countertops, 1 sink, and a fridge
Points:
+50 points for every dorm mate
+10 points for every 1,000 Simoleons made
+10 points for every good relationship with a dorm mate
-50 points for every romantic interest you have in your dorm
-10 points for every Sim with no job
-10 points for every day a Sim doesn't make 1,000 Simoleons
