I chatted and interviewed Armani Rodriguez, from the notorious family The Lopes's. Let's take a look at what he had to say.

KO- Alright so * puts tape in and sits down* it's a pleasure to have you Mr. Rodriguez.
AR - smiles - it's a pleasure to be here. & you can call me armani. Make me feel old talkin bout Mr. Rodriguez xD
KO-*laughs* alright Armani . Well let's start from the beginning. How did you end up in this business ?
AR -laughs - awe man. That's a funny story. Well I lived in Philly. And Lisa lopes, from tlc.. I stayed with her and her parents for a year because my mother kicked me out. Lisa was always making videos of her singing and dancing and would make me or her friend Todd record her. So one day, she was like.. Ya know what, we should leave... Go to Atlanta !.. I looked at her and laughed like she was crazy.
KO -*laughs* oh so you and Lisa knew each other before fame ?
AR - nods - did we ?! Lawd we been best friends since we were 13
KO- 13 ? Wow that's a long time. How did you guys meet ?
AR - coughs - aiight, this is how it went. I was walking down the street lookin fine as ever when she bumped into me. We looked at each other and she gazed at me . She said " wow your so fine... Can I have you ? And I was like yea baby let go - shrugs - and we been best friends ever since.
KO- Really ? *laughs*
AR- Nah I'm playin - cracks up - like I said we bumped into each other and we both looked at each other and she grilled me. - laughs - I'll never forget it. She was all " who you bumpin ?! I know it ain't me !" And I looked at her like she was crazy and I said " woah lil mama calm down, it was an accident" and she looked and me and got in my face so I got in hers but of course I didn't hit her. Just then, her friend Todd busted his ass on the floor and we fell on the floor laughing on top of each other
KO- *chuckles* just like that you became friends ?
AR- Yeah. But to answer your first question, yes we moved to Atlanta with only a little bit of cash. So we lived from place to place. I was already making beats and writing lyrics and so was Lisa. We Juss didn't have anyone to hear them. But I mean when we got our chance with pebbles, she listened to my tapes and she loved them. So that's how I started basically
KO- *nods* thank god for pebbles *laughs * so what everyone really wants to know is how you and Rozonda got together and are you guys in fact together now ? If you don't mind the question
AR- Nah I don't mind it at all. It's been a topic that everyone likes to discuss now. Me and Rozonda met by their group. I was sitting in the studio one day with Lisa and tionne and pebbles walked in with this beautiful woman with the cutest baby hairs and looked bangin from head to toe - laughs -
KO- Love at first sight ?
AR- Definitely. Even though Lisa told me not to date her cause she doesn't want a broken heart on her hands, we did anyways.. And I love her till this day.. And are we together ? - laughs - uhh how about the next question..
KO- *laughs* Alright then , next question. I'd like to discuss your family. Seems like everyone is musically inclined. Especially your daughter and niece.
AR- My daughter and niece ? I'm guessing your referring to Naiyeli and Shania ?
KO- Yes I am. How do you feel about your daughter following in your's and her moms foot steps ?
AR- I'm proud of her. I've known since she was little that she wanted to be a star. Always up and playing music, singing rapping, everything she could and that's my mini me right there and I'll be forever her supportive dad.
KO- *smiles* well you sound like a great father. Now tell me Armani, what's with you and getting around *laughs* is it true that you've been quite the ladies man ?
AR- What ! - cracks up - I wouldn't call it getting around but yes, you can say I've ... Had a lot of women... And children
KO- We see. You have quiet the collection of kids. I think you've beat tupac's record of sleeping with every woman in the industry. From Selena , to chilli to janet. Your on a roll
AR- Hey hey... That was back then, I was young and I mean hell yeah a young guy is going to want to sleep with the sexiest woman in the industry but I've grown and I've learned. There have been women that I didn't call back and women I stuck to. Like the 3 you listed
KO- So who's the woman you've made more in common with ? *looks up from clipboard*
AR- - coughs - well it would have to be Rozonda. We get each other, it might be because we're both pieces - laughs - but yeah, it's always been like that
KO- *nods* alright. So getting down to business , I want to know how it feels to be in a big family such as yours
AR- It's... It's just full of love. There's no judging or anything. There's a whole bunch of fighting but we manage to come together as a family and rekindle any harsh feelings that are left there. I wouldn't trade my family for the world and that's my word - smiles - we're actually.. We're actually getting our own show - laughs -
KO- Your own show ? *laughs*. It seems like you guys are always in the news. Between you and Lisa , her sister and all of the children. How does that make you feel when the press bothers your children or your nieces and nephews
AR- Now that's one thing that really pisses me off. How dare you ridicule my children and nieces and nephews. It's like they're children. Let them be
KO- I totally understand. It can be very annoying. How do you deal with it ?
AR- - pauses and looks at my manager then looks back to you - I'm sorry, I was distracted. Well what I like to do is, honestly.. When I'm stressed I love you be with my kids. They are what keep me sane, all 800 of them - cracks up -
KO- *laughs* I see your manager is rushing you so is there anything that you would like to say before we dismiss ?
AR- - nods and smirks - yes I would. I'd like to say hey to my children , Naiyeli, Makayla, Kalani, Nyssa, Jayden, Brandon.. And yes her name is Brandon, Adrienne, Tyler and my two twins Armani jr and Landon. My short ass sisters, the Hash slinging slasher ( she knows who she is ) , Tenese and Josephine. My brothers, Fetus face and Steven. And lastly my nieces and nephews, Chaserrs, Tron, shania, Jayden, Des, and a lot more - smiles and laughs - now let me leave before my manager kills me.
