Spray Painted Streets

Spray Paint Pt. 1

Ashlyn POV,

I was sitting in my room listening to music when I got an idea, I jumped up out of my chair and grabbed my bag, black hoodie and black and white converse.  I walked down stairs and past my mom in the kitchen.

"Where are you going honey?" My mom asked

"I'm going to the store to get something." I reply

"Ok, be home before dinner" she says as I hurry out the door and into the chilly autumn air.

I reach the store and walk in, I go straight to the art supplies and pick up one can of every color spray paint they have. I walk up the the check out and dump all the cans on the counter. As the cashier starts to scan the cans he asks "are these for a school project?"

"No, just have an idea for some art." I say back as he finishes scanning the cans and puts them in bags. I give him the correct amount of money and leave the store, quickly jogging to a certain place near the center of town. It's an abandoned building, I climb the fence and jump down on the other side. I quickly walk over to the side of the building and pick a color from the bags of spray paint.

In blue spray paint I write,

       "Wake up and live."

On the side of the building and then run back the the fence and climb to the other side with no one seeing me.
  Mission Complete, I say to myself as I walk quietly back to my house with the bags of spray paint clanging next to me.

I get home and as soon as I walk in to the door my mom says,
"What did you get at the store sweetheart?"

"Just some art supplies." I respond

"Ok, go put them away and then come down for dinner" she says.
I walk into my bed room and put the spray paint down on the floor next to my desk and hang my bag and hoodie on the hooks on the back of my door, I slip off my shoes and walk downstairs.

I sit down at the table as Mom puts dinner on the table, she sits down as well and we talk and enjoy dinner.

Ok I came up with this like 5 hours ago so yeah see ya next chapter.
