Mysterious kiss

''Mom please let me come with you!''

It was currently Saturday morning  and my mom was getting ready to leave for a business trip. Since I wasn't allowed to stay home alone for nearly 6 months- I had to go and live with Lucia- who my mom believed was my best friend. Little did she know -we hated each other.

We used to be super best friends but since we began high school, she changed. She's now the cheerleader of our school, while me-well...I'm just me.

My circle of friends is now pretty small. I've learnt to trust no bitch except for my ride or die best friend Amanda. We met each other the first year of High school and since then we are inseparable. 

Anyway, back to the point. I had no intention to go and live with that snake for 6 months or more. I had a plan though. I would just go and live with Amanda without telling mom.

Plus Amanda's brother was a total hottie. Jake was the football captain at out school and before you judge, no. He's not the typical jerk that has slept with everyone and plays with girl's hearts.

He's very kind and basically everyone in our school loves him. 

Tonight Amanda was hosting a party so i had to be there before in order to claim myself a room and move my stuff in.

''Jessica stop it. I can't bring you with me because you are not allowed to miss so many months of school. Now go and pack. We're leaving in 1 hour and I'll drop you off to Lucia's''

Oh crap.

''Uhm...Mom. Don't worry-you'll be late for your flight. I can go on my own'' I muttered hoping this will do the trick.

'' Oh sure sweetheart. I'll go then. Be careful and call me everyday okay?'' mom said before kissing my forehead and leading towards the door.

''Don't worry mom. Byeeee! Have a nice trip''        

                             

Once everything was packed, i made sure that the door was locked before heading towards Amanda's house. 

About 30 minutes later, here I was, admiring the gigantic mansion in front of me.

Minutes later i was sitting on my bed in my new room with everything already packed away.

A small knock at my door caught my attention and seconds later Jake's head popped through.

''Hey there'' he greeted politely with a breath-taking smile on his face.

''Oh hey..'' I muttered awkwardly. Urgh stupid Jessica.

'' Amanda told me to call you down. The party will start soon...nice outfit by the way'' and with that he left, leaving a blushing Jessica on the bed.

I took a second to look at dress I decided to wear for the party. It was  dark blue and the skirt was up to my knees, where it opened in skater style.My black hair ran straight and down my back. I didn't wear much makeup, just black mascara to bring out my bright blue eyes. Happy with the way I looked I headed downstairs to  find the living room already filled with people.

''There you are!!'' a too excited Amanda greeted me ''Come on, lets get some drinks''

Soon, and not surprisingly, I had lost her and was now standing awkwardly by the drinks.

I decided to go to the bathroom but as i reached the second floor, strong hands gripped me and I was soon pushed into a door and against the wall. 

It was dark and couldn't really make out who the guy standing in front of me was.

''Sorry'' was all he said before a pair of lips met mine. The kiss was soft and gentle but before I could respond- he pulled away.

''It was a dare'' and with that he left- leaving me standing there confused as hell. 

The mysterious guy just stole my first kiss and I didn't even know who he was.
