Part 2 Unsure

1st semester

The teacher was not pleased with the seating arrangement so she decided to change it. Aubrey sat beside the smartest pupil in the class. On the other hand Aiden sat beside Lauren and Dawn. He was sitting between both girls. Poor boy he has to hear and bear about all the girl talks but he probably would not mind it as long as he was sitting beside Dawn. Aiden did not take notice of Lauren until Dawn moved to another seat as she complained about Aiden disturbing her. Told you that's how Aiden showcase his love to girls. Maybe he's tring to flirt? No one literally knows why he does that. Although it does not work as Dawn gets annoyed with his actions and gets put off by it. That is how Aiden capture a girl's attention by annoying them! Aiden is so inexperienced when it comes to girls.

Lauren's pov

Based on first impression Aiden isn't as bad as I thought he would be. He's actually nice, he even teach me when I'm unsure of a certain thing. He would comfort me when I'm sad and always look out for me which make my heart leaps in joy. I'm unsure about this feeling. He's not my dream boy, he does not have the qualities I like in a boy but whenever he's around, my heart will start leaping in joy and he makes me smile. He's also funny which is a plus point for me. He treats me like his sister and I'm jealous cause I know that he can't love me because he already loved someone who is Dawn ughhh. "She's just fair and white which makes her pretty, blossom and beautiful ughh I hate her" I exclaimed in jealousy "She's not that bad, she seems friendly." Aubrey assured me.

Aubrey's pov

I wasn't quite sure why Lauren was acting in that way. She seems jealous, eversince we were friends I didn't really hear her share to me about she being jelous. After school I decided to ask her why she was angry with the fact that Dawn was pretty. Finally she said it! She was jealous as Aiden liked Dawn but not her. Poor girl. "Aubrey, help me why am I feeling this? I'm afraid I might have a feeling for him, uhmmm maybe I like him" she said with a smirk, she always does that when she feels a romantic excitement. "Auhhh" I teased her. She was in love with Aiden! Omg, Omg, Omg! No wonder, she was always telling me about her sweet moments with Aiden and when I asked if she liked Aiden, she would always deny it while having a sweet smile on her face and blushing and I always wonder why she always smiles whenever she was with Aiden. That was a sign but knowing Lauren she barely have interest in boys so I was unsure if she liked him but now finally it's clarified and I'm leaping in joy. " Lauren is in love with Aiden, Lauren is in love with Aiden" I chanted in a teasing tone. Lauren pouted, ohh how I love that pout she's so cute when she does that.

Flashback(the many times Lauren felt a romantic excitement with Aiden)

(After music class)
"Aubrey, did you know while I was fidgeting with my pen, he just kept staring at me and I felt so awkward. Accidentally, I dropped my pen and guess what he did?" Lauren shrieked
"What?" I was so interested. "He picked up my pen without hesitation and gave it back to me while our hands brushed against each other, I felt a tingling feeling and I felt his hands gently touched min.." Lauren was interrupted.
"Can you please stop explaining to me how romantic you felt cause I'm feeling jealous" Aubrey pouted. Both of them knew Aubrey was just joking. Aubrey and Lauren does not get jealous with each other as they treat each other like sisters.

(Another flashback)

As Lauren and the class were outside the classroom lining up for dismissal, Aiden queued up behind Lauren. While the class was walking towards the exit gate, on the floor laid a (slippery floor, do not step sign). Knowing Lauren she is so careless and oblivious to the surroundings, she was just daydreaming and staring into thin air not noticing the bright yellow sign in front of her saying the floor is slippery! As a result, she slipped and almost fall but fortunately Aiden was right in time to catch her. Aiden grabbed her waist, interlocking their eyes. Their heart punding like hammer. Aiden was focused on Lauren's light brown eyes, his grab on Luren's waist grew tighter. There was a spark. The world literally stop rotating just to stare at them. Lauren wasn't exactly sure what happened or when the feelings started, all she knew for sure that she was falling hard and she could only pray that he was feeling the same way. Falling in love was never in Lauren's plan, until that moment she realised she loved the person so much. After a few seconds of just literally staying in that position, they realised the awkwardness, and Aiden gently placed Lauren back to her feet.

Lauren's pov(flashback)

Woah! What just happened, was I dreaming? That was so romantic yet awkward that we had to stay in that position for a few seconds while everyone watching us and probably taking pictures. I felt weird, it was a feeling, a feeling of true love. That moment when our eyes were interlocking, we communicated not with our mouths but with our eyes, telling each other I Love You. Or it was just me. All I knew was that each day my love grows deeper, deeper than I never thought before. Love is like a hole, once you fall in, it's hard to get out. There is that awful moment when you realized that you are falling in love. That should be the most joyful moment and actually it's not cause you know as night follows day, the joy is gonna be followed by pain and heartbreaks.
