"They drift apart then grow closer. The distance between them is shifting."

I blush and glance away.

If I want to know more about him, does that mean I'm in love with him? If so, is the Suga I'm in love with, this Suga?

He stared down at me, waiting for my answer.

"Do... do you usually ask that sort of thing yourself?!" I blurted out not knowing what else to say. "How conceited are you?!"

I blush slightly harder at the barely noticeable tint on his cheeks. So he just said it on impulse.

"Idiot. You were the one pressing your face against the back of my head, right?" He said, letting go of my hand.

"It's not like I like you anymore." He reassures.

My heart pangs. It hurts.

"I just wondered whether I might have done something to make you misunderstand. Just making sure you don't have the wrong idea." He muttered.

"Well, I don't! I don't like the current you at all! Not even a little!" I shot back.

I sighed and stared at the ground.

"It's just.. the you that you used to be is drilled into my mind so much that I'm slightly bothered by the fact of how different you became... or maybe I just never knew you."

"I'm not the only one who changed." He says immediately after my comment.

"Anyways, just stop looking for who I used to be already."

He stands up shooting me one last glance.

"It's depressing. Although you pretend to have moved on, you're actually still clinging to the past."

"What can I say? The past holds the me that I want to keep," I said, monotonously, done with the way he continued to insult me. Without knowing anything.

"Can't blame me that you ended up being there as well." Shrugging I got up and walked away, not liking the mood I had created.

"What do you mean?" He says, I felt his eyes on my back.

I didn't reply.

The next day, we were cleaning the area around the building.

"What's wrong chimchim? You seem upset." Hoseok said, crouching down next to me from where I was pulling the weeds.

I stared at him, bewildered. "Chimchim?"

"What? I heard Taehyung call you that, but if you don't like it I'll just call you Jiminie cause that sounds much better anyways." He grinned.

I scowled at him, "What do you want?"

He slapped my back just as hard as the day we were late.

"Loosen up a little, won't you? Don't you think we got a bit closer because of yesterday??" Hoseok wiggled his eyebrows, poking me.

I glare at him. "Hyung, aren't you going to clean?"

He plopped down on the grass.

"But, Hobi is berry tired and hwungwy~" He said to me, trying to do aegyo.

I use all of my willpower to not punch him in the face and continue to clean.

"Ahaha! You guys are always fighting! Like a couple!" Jackson said laughing at us.
