Olivia's POV
I woke up to find that yet again I was on my own. I could hear Adam in the kitchen talking to his mum Moira from our bedroom.
Adams POV
" Mum I need to ask you something." I whispered trying to stop Olivia from hearing me.
" Of course anything." Mum replied in a quite voice.
"Olivia doesn't have a proper engagement ring yet I was wondering if you would come with me, to get her a real engagement ring?" I stopped as Olivia walked out of our room and into the kitchen.
Olivia's POV
I walked into the kitchen to find Adam talking about getting me a proper engagement ring.
" I'm happy with the ring I've got. Plus you've already got me pregnant what else do I need. Apart from marring you I defiantly need that." I sat on Adams lap and kissed him on the cheek.
" Did I just hear you correctly. Your pregnant." A big smile started to appear on my soon to be mother in law Moira's face.
" it's true I'm 3 weeks pregnant." I looked at Adam who was as happy as Moira was. Of course I was happy as well but I couldn't help but think that it's all too soon.
"Congratulations both of you." Moira smiled before giving me and Adam a huge hug.
"Thanks Moira." I stood up and grabbed my jacket off of the coat rack.
" Where are you off to?" Adam asked turning his head to look at me.
" Well I'm going to Meet Debbie,Katie and my sisters at the pub and then I'm going to get my wedding dress." I pecked Adam on the cheek gripping his shoulder as I did so.
" I can't get in the way of you getting your perfect dress can I? And I mean the perfect dress. Even if it cost thousands I'll make sure we can pay for it." Adam stood up pulling me closer.
"Are you sure?" I asked pressing my forehead against his.
" of course. My fiancé deserves the best for her wedding day." Adam kissed me and for a few moments everything around us disappeared.
" oh and I'm gonna help chip in for your dress as well." Moira smiled as I rapped my arms tighter around her son.
" you don't have to do that Moira. Really I can scrap up the money for my dress and I'm sure my dad will help out" I gripped the back of Adams neck and pulled him into a kiss.
" no it's fine. Like Adam said you deserve the best for your wedding day. Now even more with your baby on the way. My daughter in law and my grandson or granddaughter will get the best." Moira insisted still watching me and Adam look into each others eyes.
" I can't stop you. As long as you really want to chip in for the dress. Oh and I forgot to say my dads coming home from he hospital today and like usual he's going straight to the pub. So we are meeting him there for tea don't even try and get out of it." I pulled away for Adam and began to open the front door.
" Don't be long babe." Adam shouted after me.
Adams POV
"Don't be long babe." I yelled after Olivia while watching her walk out of the house.
" Olivia's a really special girl. Don't ever let her go." Mum smiled at me while sitting down next to me at the breakfast table and pulling out a little red box from her pocket.
" I thought this would be the best wedding present." Mum handed me the little red box. Inside was a silver wedding ring with blue diamonds in the middle.
" It's my mums wedding ring. She told me to give it to you when you found the one you were going to spend forever with. And now I know Olivia really is the one." Mum kissed me on the forehead and smiled at me.
" Thank you mum. I really mean it. This is the best wedding present you could give us." I hugged mum while a smile appeared on my face.
" your welcome Adam. I'm so proud of you. You've finally found the girl of your dreams and you've got a baby on the way. Holly would be happy for you both and so would your dad you know that right?" Mum put her hand on my shoulder as a tear rolled down her face.
I nodded my head in agreement.
Olivia's POV
As I entered the wool pack I saw Debbie and Katie sitting at the bar talking to my sister Rebecca. I walked over to them and sat down Next to them.
"Wow my sister and my best mates getting along. That's something that I've never seen." I laughed before saying.
" speaking of sisters where is Chrissy?" I asked.
" she texted to say she couldn't make it." Rebecca handed me a class of vodka which I declined as soon as she handed it to me.
" that's not like you to decline a drink of vodka. Your usually knocking them back." Katie laughed as she picked her drink up.
" well now I'm eating for two I can't exactly knock them back can I." I leaned over the bar and hugged Debbie.
" your kidding me. Olivia White your pregnant before me." Rebeca practically leaped over the bar and pulled me into a tight hug.
" Circulation being cut off. Losing ability to breath." I laughed pulling away from Rebecca's hug.
" sorry I'm just so happy for you." A smile began to appear on Rebecca's face.
"Enough of the small talk. The shop shuts in 2 hours. We defiantly need to get you the perfect dress." Katie through her jumper over her head and stood up.
"I already found the perfect dress online. All I need to do is try it on and buy it. I kept this quiet so Adam didn't know." I pulled my phone out and scrolled to the photo of a silky white wedding dress with a floral patten on the torso. The dress cost over £800 the last time I looked on the website.
" that dress is beautiful. Looks like all we have to do is go and get you to try the dress on." Debbie walked out from behind the bar.
" well what are we waiting for? Let's go." I picked up my coat and followed the others to Debbie's car. Before I had a chance to get myself into the car I was stoped by James ( Adams Dad).
" Olivia have you got a second?" James partially ran over to the car where I was standing.
" yea sure. But I can't stay long. The dress shops shuts in a couple of hours and I need to get my wedding dress." I put my hand on the car door since to steady myself.
" Moira told me about you and Adam setting the date and about you being pregnant. I'm glad Adams finally found someone like you. Anyway I thought I would help put money towards the big day. There's £1000 in there." James handed me a brown envelop with £1000 in it.
" thanks James I mean it." I leaned over and hugged him before steadying myself on the car door again.
" It's no problem really." James smiled before walking away.
Adams POV
I sat in the kitchen still staring at the beautiful silver wedding ring. The blue diamonds shon in the sunlight.
" are you seriously still cooped up in here? Mate your getting married in 5 weeks and 5 days. You should be out making the most of not being married." Aaron shut the door behind Robert.
" Well all I want is to Marry Olivia. If I have to spend the rest of my life with someone I'm glad it's her."I said while putting the box in my pocket so it was safe.
" save the soppy stuff for when your married. Come one." Aaron pulled me up off of my chair and through me my coat.
" Where are we going?" I asked.
"To the pub." Aaron Laughed pulling me out the door. Robert followed on behind.
Olivia's POV
"You look beautiful." Katie smiled at me ruffling my dress to make sure it fit.
The dress was perfect. As soon as the fabric touched my skin I knew that this dress was most definitely the one.
" This is it. This is the one..." I stopped as I felt a horrible feeling Rose up into my throat making me gag.
" Right dress off. Katie pass me the bin quickly." Rebecca helped my take dress off as quick as could. As soon as the dress was off Rebecca passed me the bin so that I could throw up.
"Morning sickness kicking in already. How far along actually are you?" Rebecca.
" About 3 weeks." I said while putting the bin back on the floor.
"Wow. And you still look amazing. When I was 3 weeks pregnant I was already getting my bump." Rebecca laughed tasking out her credit card and paying for the dress.
" Becks you don't have to pay for my dress. I'll scrape up the money myself." I tried to stop my sister from buying the dress for me but it was no use.
" Are you kidding me? My little sister is getting married in 5 weeks. I just want to treat you. Heaven knows The Sugdens not going to is he?" Rebecca's face quickly dropped once she realised what she'd said.
" What do you mean The sugdens won't?" I asked picking up my dress and putting it into a back.
" Nothing forget I ever said anything. I'm just getting muddled up." Rebecca tried to hide the fact she wasn't telling me something but I saw right through her lies.
" no your hiding something from me. So spill." I stood next to Debbie and Katie at the front door to the shop.
"Dads gay" Rebecca almost whispered. A single tear fell down her cheek.
" what?" I asked quickly.
" Are you serious. It doesn't take a Genus to figure out that we're not dads daughters. Your Jacks biological daughter" This time Rebecca almost yelled.
" Jack as in Jack Sugden?" Tears now rolled down my face. Rebecca nodded her head.
" How long have you know." I said loudly. " HOW LONG HAVE YOU KNOW?" I screamed. I ran out the shop without even thinking.
Adams POV
" Olivia's on her way back from the shop. Just thought you'd want to know." I said to Lawrence ( Olivia's Dad) while sitting at the bar with Aaron and Robert.
" IS IT TRUE!" Olivia came storming into the pub with tears streaming down her face.
" Woah slow down babe. Is what true?" I pulled Olivia close to me and put my head on hers. But she quickly pulled away.
" I'M NOT YOUR DAUGHTER. I'M JACKS. IS IT TRUE?" Olivia cried.
" Jack as in my dad?" Robert asked while looking as shocked as everyone else was.
"Yes" Lawrence tried to pull Olivia in for a hug but Olivia pushed him away making herself fall over.
"OLIVIA..." I yelled as I knelt down next to her to help her up.
" I'm fine stop fussing." Olivia reassured me but still keeping her gaze away from Lawrence.
" You might be ok. But what about the baby?" I asked eagerly.
" The baby will be fine I hardly felt the fall at all." Olivia moved closer into me.
" What's all this about my daughter being pregnant?" Lawrence asked still trying to get Olivia to look at him but it wasn't working.
" Don't call me your daughter. You lost that right before I was even born. Come on we can go back to Adams. At least then we won't see my disgrace of a family." Olivia walked out the pub followed by me,Aaron,Robert,Debbie and Katie.
