Chapter 2

I woke up early the next morning to Mom vlogging. I got up, said good morning to the camera, and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day. I put on some light makeup and a comfy outfit. (Shown above) With my hair thrown up into a messy bun.

We had one heck of a drive ahead of us so we got going right away. We did some vlogging and stopped at a McDonalds to get some breakfast. I got an order of hotcakes with a hash brown, and Hayley got a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin. The whole way there I listened to Shawn Mendes music and watched the Vampire Diaries. After many hours we finally reached our destination. We had never seen our new house before. Mom and Dad wouldn't even show us pictures. When we got there I was so amazed.

The house was three stories high built with a beautiful brick with lots of windows and a ginormous pool.

"Welcome to your new home." Mom said with a huge smile.

"Go on and pick your room." Dad said, "We bought the house fully furnished so we won't have to go out and buy furniture. The people that lived here before had 5 girls all different ages so I'm sure both of you will find something you like."

Hayley and I sprinted up the stairs to try and find a room. I decided to look at all of the rooms before I choose one. Altogether the house had 6 bedrooms. Plenty to have guests over. When got upstairs the first room I tried looked like the master bedroom, so I left that room off my list. I went to the next room to find Hayley all snuggled up in a bed trying it out.

" This is the one!" She said to me so I smiled and laughed, closed the door, and walked away. That room was perfect for her. It had pink walls with a little window seating area, a built in desk and dresser, and a huge bed. It screamed Hayley.

Now I have to find the perfect room for me. The next room I tried looked like a guest room with tan sheets and brown furniture. So I tried the next one. It had two beds with cute little curtians behind them. I moved on. Only two rooms left. I walked into the last room on this floor. It was cute with light blue paint and a small loft but it didn't feel like me. Only one left. I entered and gasped. It is the most gorgeous room I have ever seen. It was painted white with wood on the walls. There was a huge bed and a couch. There was a large dresser and my own balcony. Also I had a connecting bathroom.

I went downstairs and told mom and dad all about it. my room was on the third floor. I was getting ready to carry all my stuff up when mom told me we had an elevator. WHAT! This is way cool. I put all my stuff in the elevator and rode it up. My room is the only bedroom on my floor. There is also a game room and movie theater up here. I started to put all my stuff in the dresser and closet then once i was done, I realized that I was super tired so I went downstairs to say goodnight to mom and dad. They told me that in the morning we would do a house tour for the vlog and that we were having neighbors over for dinner tomorrow night that they met outside while we were picking rooms. I said ok, and kissed them both goodnight. Then i went upstairs and changed into my pjs, brushed my teeth, took my makeup off, and went to bed. For the first time in a long time I feel genuinely happy.

ok so in this book I tweaked the ages of the characters so I will write the ages in here. If I ever add any characters I will add them to the list. So if you ever wonder either check her or message me and I will answer your question!
