That's So Gay Is So Yesterday

Episode One

Lainee was listening to Bye Bye Bye by The Backstreet Boys, she was convinced that it was written about her. Lainee hummed it to herself as the song blared on her phone. In the background the news played
quietly on the TV. Suddenly, the news reporter's voice grew from clam to slightly panicked.
"Word has just come that the infamous homophobe Earlobe has escaped from prison." The news reporter stated while the same message scrolled across the screen.
Laniee turned her phone off followed by the TV. She darted to her room and slammed open her closet. Inside there was a well hidden backpack which she grabbed. Finally she headed to the front door of her house. After Lainee was sure she had locked the door she took off running.

"Gotta find it, gotta find it." She murmured to herself.
After moments of running around like a lunatic Lainee spotted a black van with a rainbow on the door. Waving her arms around in air she caught the van's attention and it pulled over to let her in. Pulling the door, Lainee hosted herself into the back of the van. As soon as she slammed the door she felt the van spring back to life, driving at full speed. The van had narrow seats on either side of it and lots of space in the middle. There was also a driver and passenger seat at the front of the van. Dropping her bag on the ground, Lainee sat down by Emma. Maddie said across from Emma and a deer named Will was standing near by.
"Hello Emma, Maddie, Will." Lainee called to her friends.
"Hello." The three called back together.
"You should put your costume on." Maddie noted and Lainee nodded.

For, you see, these three girls and deer weren't your average 9-12 year olds. No, this odd pair were know as the Gay Squad*. They consisted of Social Anxiety(Emma), who wore a blue and red jacket, Social Anxiety Jr(Maddie), who wore a similar outfit to Emma, Queer Deer(Will), who wore a rainbow cape and sunglasses, as well as Bi Guy (Lainee), who wore a pair of sunglasses over her glasses and a pink cape with fake fur in the top. They also had a British bi butter named Morgan and a friend named Erin who basically their secretary. Because of the girls(and deer) lack of drivers license, Morgan was responsible for driving them to their cave of operations, the Bi Cave.

"We're here." Morgan called in a heavy British accent.
"Thanks." The four called to Morgan while hoping out of the van.
"Are you all in costume? Oh good." Erin called to them.
"What's our mission." Will asked while using one of his hooves to push up his sunglasses.
"Homophobe Earlobe is robbing a bank!" Erin exclaimed.
"Why?" Maddie asked.
"He just broke out from jail, he's probably pretty broke." Emma noted.
"This mission doesn't sound like something we normally take, Erin." Lainee said.
"The pride parade is marching in front of the bank." Erin sighed, knowing what to say to get the gang on board.
"Sounds gay, I'm in!" Lainee screeched while she and the Gay Squad* ran to the Van.

At the bank, chaos was at every turn. The doors windows had been smashed and workers and customers alike were running around in panic. Homophobe Earlobe was happily collecting money and anything precious he could get his hands on. The screech of tires turned everyone's screams into cheers of "hooray! The Gay Squad is here."
The four of them ran in flamboyantly before striking a strange pose.
"Gay Squad!" Bi Guy called followed by the other three chanting back. "Together, together, TOGETHER!"
The four then ran towards the area of the bank where Homophobe Earlobe.
"You're going back to jail, Earlobe!" Queer Deer screamed once Homophobe Earlobe came into view.
"Humph, why's that." Homophobe Earlobe asked, stopping filling his sack to address the deer.
"For smashing the bank's window, I mean come on, it's the middle of the day! The door would of been unlocked." Social Anxiety Jr called.
"I can't tell if you're joking or stupid, but I'll take the opportunity to fight you freaks any day." Homophobe Earlobe yelled while launching himself fist first at the group.
They all dodged before each going in for an attack. Social Anxiety picked up Social Anxiety Jr bridal style, allowing SA Jr to kick at Homophobe Earlobe. Queer Deer jumped in and out of the Earlobe's reach all while bucking his front hooves. Finally, Bi Guy flailed her arms around with a surprising amount of force. The whole fight went mostly like that, and the Gay Squad was winning.

After 10 minutes of "intense" fighting, Homophobe Earlobe was backed into a corner.
"Looks like you're going back to jail, Earlobe." Social Anxiety called.
"Maybe, maybe not." Homophobe Earlobe taunted while ducking down.
"What's he doing?" Social Anxiety Jr asked.
Queer Deer's ears perked up and moved toward Homophobe Earlobe.
"I hear ticking, do you think it's s bomb?" He asked, concerned.
"Guys, GET DOWN!" Bi Guy screeched.
Everyone ducked down for a long amount of time. A loud noise finally caused everyone to look up. Homophobe Earlobe was gone, in his place, was a kitchen timer.
"There wasn't a bomb at all! The ticking was just that plastic human thing." Queer Deer hissed.
"That's a timer, Queer Deer." Bi Guy said.
"Never mind that guys, where's the Earlobe?" Social Anxiety yelped.

The group ran out of the bank, hoping to find their villain. Unfortunately, all the squad saw of Homophobe Earlobe was the back of his motorbike.
"He got away." Social Anxiety Jr sighed.
"We'll get him next time, besides I think we lost Bi Guy." Queer Deer said while turning his in Bi Guy's direction.
"Guys, it's the pride parade!" Bi Guy said, her voice cracking.
Social Anxiety, Social Anxiety Jr, and Queer Deer all shook their heads before Bi Guy spoke again.
"Gay Squad!" Bi Guy called.
"Together, together, together!" They all yelled back.
