HI GUYS!! Today is my One Year Anniversary on Wattpad. Gah, it seems like I've had it forever. I must say that I prefer this to any of the previosu sites that I was using. So as a little gift from me for my one year anniversary I decided to post some of my old stuff. This is the first and if you like it, let me know and I may think about posting some of the others.
I wrote this in 2009, when I was 13 so yeah, just to let you know it may not be what you're used to from me now. But anyways, I really hope you enjoy it!!
STAY AWESOME!!

I picked a piece of paper out of the hat, hoping to get this over and done with quickly. As you can probably tell I am not such a big fan of this game. And if you thought that then well done; may you go on to win an award for stating the plainly obvious.
As I pulled it out I felt extremely nervous. I was never that good with boys; to me they were from not just another planet but another universe. I opened up the piece of folded paper to reveal the song title: “‘Check Yes Juliet’ by We the Kings.” I quietly said the words, completely terrified at the thought of who I’d be stuck in a closet with for half an hour.
I looked over to see Chase stand up and walk towards me. I let out a sigh of relief.
“Hey,” he greeted me in a friendly tone.
“Hi,” I replied, trying to sound just as friendly.
We both walked into the closet and the door was instantly locked behind us.
I sat down with my back against the wall and Chase sat down next to me. He was ultimately one of the cutest boys I have ever seen in my life and this just made it even more difficult to control the butterflies in my tummy. To tell you the truth, I have liked Chase since the first day that I saw him, on our first day of kindergarten. He stopped the other boys from pouring sand all over my head, while I was playing in the sandpit and then he offered to share his cookies with me. From then on we have been friends ever since and I can always count on him to be there for me. I see him every day, even at the weekends; partly due to the fact that he just so happens to be my next door neighbour. We’re always at each other’s houses. I will always remember that day we met forever. The way he smiled at me; the way he stuck up for me; the way he hugged me and told me that they were just mean; the way he looked at me...It caught my heart. Ever since, no one could keep us apart. We were Inseparable. We were Best Friends Forever. But later on my feelings grew stronger...much stronger.
I was so relieved to be in here with Chase, he always made me feel better and I could be myself in front of him.
“So how’s it hanging?” he asked, attempting to use a “gangsta” voice; A very bad one. I couldn’t help but laugh at him. “What? Was it really that bad?” he joked.
“No, it was worse,” I replied still in fits of giggles.
“I suppose I should work on improving that one.” I could just hear the smile in his voice and this caused me to smile along with him. We just carried on talking as we usually would.
About 15 minutes into the game he asked me, “Do you remember when we first met?”
“How could I forget?” I laughed, glad that he too remembered. “You saved me from being turned into a sandcastle.”
“I know it sounds stupid, but I’m glad that that happened. Otherwise I may have never known you and we may not have been here today. And if I never met you, I can’t even begin to imagine how horribly boring my life would be.”
