9 (part 1)

"Thanks for asking us to come" Ebony smiled as we were on our way in the car.

"Yeah thanks Grace" Shanice winked.

"No problem" I returned the smile as the car pulled up on a massive empty field.

"Where even are we?" I asked stepping out of the car slinging my bag around my shoulder.

"It's only 10 minutes away" Bart said pointing in a direction. We all looked and we could see the b&b lights.

"Thanks Bart" Cam smiled.

"Just don't forget to call me when your going to sleep" He said, "Grace, Sue said call her too" He winked and drove away.

"How the hell do you put these up" I said furrowing my eyebrows at the instructions.

Cam came and stood next to me laughing, "Here" he said as he began to get the tent out of the bag "This is a start" he was still laughing.

"It's not funny" I said pushing him playfully.

He suddenly stopped laughing as he had fallen over a log.

"HAHAHAHAHA OMG" I screamed as he pushed his dirty body off the ground.

I clutched hold of my sides as I began to get stitches from laughter.

"Think it's funny do you" he smirked and he stepped towards me and flung me over his shoulder.

"CAM, CAMERON DALLAS. STOP" I yelled as he was running around.

I was stopped being shaken and noticed he had stopped running. I was put on the ground and saw the 9 boys and Shanice and Ebony stood watching us.

"What you guys doing" Jack G smirked.

"Having fun by the looks of it" Matt also smirked quoting fun with his fingers.

I felt myself turn red at the fact everyone was watching us and Cam must of felt the same too because he was red.

Shanice rolled her eyes and walked into a tent. Shit.

"Pass me a marshmallow please" I said to Nash.

It was around midnight and we were all sat around a crackling fire, roasting marshmallows.

"Hey where's Shanice?" I asked noticing she wasn't here.

Everyone shrugged. I handed aaron my half roasted marshmallow and went to find Shanice.

"Shanice?" I said entering one of the three tents.

She was sat in the corner with her legs huddled together on her phone.

"Mmm" she mumbled not even lifting her head.

I zipped the tent up and sat next to her.

"What's up?" I didn't know why I even asked that since I knew the answer.

"Not in the mood" she said looking at me this time.

"It's about before isn't it...with me and cam..." I said getting straight to the point.

She just stayed silent looking forwards blankly.

"I'm sorry, I should of remembered you liked him I mean-"

"No Grace honestly it's fine. He's not spoke to me much...and it's obvious he likes you so I don't even know why I bother" she said clearly upset.

"Shanice" I laughed, "he doesn't like-"

"Who doesn't like what" we heard from beside us, we turned our head to see Carter enter the tent.

"Nothing, Grace was just leaving" she said and I looked at her wide-eyed but she was grinning.

This girl confuses me.

I gave Carter a friendly smile on the way out and left them alone.

...Ohhh now I understand, Shanice and Carter always had a special bond since the game of truth or dare.

"Where've you been?" Shawn asked as I Joined the others again.

"To see Shanice" I replied.

"Is she ok?" Ebony asked.

"Yeah she's-" I stopped talking as I realised Nash had his arm around her. Everyone was looking at me confused.

I smirked, "she's fine but ey" i winked wiggling my eyebrows to Nash's arm around her shoulder.

"Shut up Grace, were friends" Ebony replied clearly embarrassed.

"Ooo friend zoned" Matt said in between laughs.

"Shut up Matt at least he can get girls" I said smirking.

Everyone ooo'd as they awaited matts response.

"Who needs girls when you have Taco Bell and wifi" he said and everyone roared into laughter.

"Let's take a selfie" Taylor said standing on a high log.

"1...2...3 cheese" he said and I done a cheesy grin.
